Material and labour for construction of 50000 ltr capacity underground water sump complete all as specified & shown on Drg No STD-1394 Sh 1/1.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Stone pitching laid dry hand packed tightly and grouted with cement & sand mortar 1:6 & packed tightly on ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), 75 mm thick laid below stone pitching complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 Cum, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-16 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in girth or width & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Construction of plateform suitable for 20 KVA DG set of Each Required size (Plateform shall be made out of brick masonary) one feet below ground level and Four feet above ground level hollow space and to be filled by PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation below ground level, made out of 23cm brick masonry in cement mortar 1:6, (below ground level, hollow space to be filled with hardcore broken stones/bricks of size n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thickness, watered and well rammed) & providing 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 as in floor of platform(with reinforcement), 15 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
