Capital Work of the Proposed 2.00 MLD CETP

Planning, Designing, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Trial run of 3 months of proposed 2.00 MLD Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation works for CETP sub units namely - Raw Effluent Receiving Chamber, Screen Chamber, all Pump House, Oil and Grease Traps, Raw Effluent Sump, Distribution Box, Equalization Tank, Mechanical Fine Screen, Chemical House cum Office cum Laboratory etc. Flash Mixers, Chemical Dosing Tank with pumps, Primary Clarifier, Aeration Tank, Secondary Clarifier complete Aeration system for SBR Process, Flash Mixers, Filtration Units (Pressure sand filters & Activated Carbon Filters), Backwash Tank, Biological Sludge Sump, Combined Sludge Sump, Sludge Thickener, Combined Sludge Sump, Filter Press / Centrifuge, Flow meters, all pumping Machinery such as Raw Lifting Pumps, Equalized lifting pump, clarifier Mechanism for primary clarifier & Secondary clarifier (Clarifloculator), Machinery for Flash Mixers, Air Blowers, Chlorine Tonner, Pumping Machinery for Pumping for Biological and and Chemical Sludge, Puming of treated water effluent, Disposal of treated effluent to proposed treated effluent sump, Sluice Valves, Non - Return Valves, Air Valves and other Accessories including connection to Recycling Network, Water Supply Service line for providing water supply to all units wherever required, all HT, LT Panels their rooms for Air Blowers, DG Set, Transformer etc. The scope of work also includes the construction of HT Substation, DG Platform, Chlorinatoin Room, RCC Platform for installation of filtration units, Sludge Drying and Storage platform, Boundary Walls, Roads & Pathways, Staff Quarters, Landscape & Horticulture and Campus lighting etc at CETP Site. PLC Panel and SCADA System, Online continuous monitoring system, Online connectivity to enforcing agencies and client department. All interconnecting pipe networks along with control valves. complete in all respects as per scope described in the Bid Document. Since, the tenders are for project works on EPC Basis so any component (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) required for proper performance shall form the part of the scope on turnkey basis, at Industrial Estate, Murthal, Distt. Sonepat, complete in all respects.
