Firm must upload the Annexure V(A) for Partnership firm/Joint Venture (JV) / Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) / Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc. (please download the format from the link given in IREPS portal). Non submission of the certificate or submission of certificate either not properly filled in, or in a format other than the prescribed format shall lead to summarily rejection of your offer.
The tenderers shall submit a copy of certificate stating that all their statements/documents submitted alongwith bid are true and factual. Standard format of certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-V. Non submission of above certificate by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid
(i)The inspection of the material shall be carried out by M/s RITES at firm's premises against OEMs TC and GC before dispatch of material. RITES inspection fees shall be borne by the successful bidder.(ii)Post material inspection, RITES inspection certificate along with material test certificates/OEM test certificates shall be submitted by the successful bidder to the consignee.
