Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of filling and welding of packing Plates in between HLFD cover frame and anchor plate.

Filling GP 2 grout packing Plates in between HLFD cover frame and Pier face with FOSROC GP 2 ready mix grout including multiplayer cost for form work etc.

Dismantling of Automatic type Gate leaf of size 2.1 x1.1 Mtr Assembly - 1 No. lifting of the same up-to Platform for Repair work and lowering on Sill Beam after cleaning, checking, greasing including Cost of material ,labour chages etc.as per drawings and /or instructions of concern in charge.

Dismantalling of damaged Turn Buckle Assembly - 2 Nos. and Equiliser Bracket Assembly - 2 Nos., of 20 MT capacity Hoist - 1 No. of Radial gate Cap & replacing by new one along with wire rope alignment.Including Sundry material & Labour charges. including cost of material, sundry material and labour charges with leads & lifts at site etc complete, as per drawings, specifications and or instructions of concern in charge

Removing old rubber seals, supplying and fixing of new bottom rubber seal, Side rubber seals and moulded corner pieces rubber seals confirming to IS:15466:2019, as per drawing and specifications and installation of same to gate at site, including providing and fixing S.S. Studs and nuts (if necessary) I) Arrow head type rubber seal

Supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of packing plates to restrict the moment of actuating lever. Job includes dismantling and reassembling after fitting of spacer plates in between Trunion and Actuating lever

Dismantling of Adapters from Hydraulic Cylinders -6 Nos.,which are tight fit in the Trunion brackets, and machining extra thick portion by milling and shaping to original size to fit with Trunion Bracket easily. Transporatation to @ from Site to workshop

Replacement of old damaged Track Roller of stoplog gate - 1 No for Automatic Gate, by new Track Roller. including cost of Sundry Material, labour charges ,etc as per drawings and or instructions of concern inchagre .

Repair and straightening of actuating lever and Gate bracket.

Removing lime or lean cement concrete including stacking the spoils as directed with all leads, lifts etc, complete.

Providing and laying Ready Mix cement concrete M-40 of trap / granite/quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. work in foundations like raft, strip foundations, grillage and footings of R.C.C. columns and steel stanchions etc. columns as per detailed designs and drawing or as directed including steel centering, formwork, cover blocks, laying/pumping, compaction finishing the formed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 of sufficient minimum thickness to give a smooth and even surface or roughening if special finish is to be provided and curing etc. complete. (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel).with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade) (Without SCADA)

Testing : CONCRETE: Compressive Strength OF C.C. Cube (Set of 3 cubes). Bidder should quote same rate mentioned in Schedule B.
