M&L for Providing and laying skid/non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, as in floor etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile fixed over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (CM) 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering on brick/ stone/ concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar (1:4), finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete in all respect as specifed and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) and finished top coat with spunge roller over and including one coat of alkali resistant priming paint and 2 mm thick (in two layers) wall care putty including preparation of surfaces complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surface of wall after complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of weather coat over and including a coat of primer and 2 mm thick wall care putty (in two layers) including preparation of surface, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured rubber moulded, glazed pre coated chequered cement concrete tiles of any shape and size, 20-25mm thick with grey cement with pigment,; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with pigment in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
