Financial turnover of each contractor to be minimum 1.30 Crores (Average turnover for last 3 preceeding financial years to be taken together). Bidder must upload last three preceding financial years turnover certificate (i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) along with copy of audited balance sheet and profit and loss accounts duly certified by Chartered Accountant & ITR for the years mentioned above as proof in this regard. f.
