Dismantling/taking out street light Fittings (of any watt) from the Concrete poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Notes:- Led Street Light Dismantled from Concrete poles shall be deposited to the MES E/M Store ).

Dismantling of ACSR / AAC conductors and Earth wire and removing old material from site for taking credit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling concrete poles/struts including pcc of any size and removing old material from site and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified/directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete and removing old material from site for taking credit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95.00 sq mm 3.5 core including taking out old cable & remove from site and directed by Engr in charge. Make Polycab/Havells/Gloster or as specified in list of make of PS.

M & L for fabrication of outdoor type cubical bus bar chamber of size (80cmx60cmx40cm) suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire system with MCCB 100A 16 KA 4 pole, outdoor type, double door, withpedestal mounted, weather and vermin proof fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick MS CRCA sheet with anti corrosive coating & finally epoxy polyster powder coating of flint grey shade including 3 nos. phase indicating lamps, insertion of suitable cable glands for all incoming and out going cable including grouting of panel board 90 cm above & 30 cm below ground level duly supported on 50x50x6mm angle iron frame & welding 45 cm long angle iron legs of size 50x50x6mm on all the four corners embedded in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggregate upto 30 cm depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including 4 nos. Aluminium bus bar 200 Amp for phases & 100 Amp for neutral mounted on DMC/ porcelain insulator support complete all as specified and directed. (Rates of Suitable Glands are include with bus bar Chamber) Make of MCCB : Legrand/C&S/Havells or as specified in list of make of PS.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried directly in ground pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to & including galvanized iron strips 32 X 6 mm duly encased in 50 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe both up to 7.5 mtr in length by means of nuts bolts check nut and wahsers of GI starting from earthplate to panel/transformer side all as specified and including necessary excavation earth work . PCC pit 40mm RCC cover made RCC (:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggreagate concrete reinforced with 6mm dia bars 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia PGI funel wire mesh and GI pipe light grade 20mm for watering starting from top edge of the plate complete all as specified.The earth plate shall be surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust with common saLV, packed on all side of earth plate in aLVernate layers of thick ness 15 cm each including excavation, earth work in any type of soil, returning and filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance upto 50 mtr complete all as shown on electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part- I 1991, Page No. 19 - 49 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay pipe galvanized, “Medium Grade”, including fittings,100 mm (3”) dia. Make : Prakash Surya/Jindal/TATA as specified in list of make of PS.

Supply & Fix in replacement of 90 Watt LED Street Light fitting New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP OPENING seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection nominal voltage 240 volts, mains current 0.400 luminous efficiency >II3 lux/watts, potted electric LED dimmer (5MPS based constant current supply) with loner THD , CCT 5700 and impact resistance of IK07 with 10KV Built-in Surge Protection Device other safety tests as per IS 15885 Part-2/sec-13 Including bracket with clamp for fixing street light fitting made out of GI pipe of suitable size light grade including bending to shape of length 1.5 m including necessary clamps and nuts bolts are included in quoted rates.Make:- CAT Part No.ENDURA PEARL MAGNU MSL 90WLED 757 PASYTOTG of Make Havells or its equivalent in as specified in list of make of PS.

Supply, laying & testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable electric control cables (Heavy duty) with multy stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm ,3 core, 1100 Volts grade. Make Polycab/Havells/Gloster or as specified in list of make of PS(Note : Necessary clamps & flexible conduit of suitable size shall be deemed included in above quoted rate)

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr depth for laying and taking out of electric power cable and getting out all as specified and directed by engineer –in-charge. Note: (i) Digging shall be carried out by manual means only. (ii) During the excavation damage of Road, Electric cable, Signal Cable should be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point .

Material & labour for river washed and screened dry sand for filling under and above the under ground cable for cushioning of cables etc.complete all as specified and directed by engr –in-charge. (Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.)

Supply & Lay Brick common burnt clay sub class B confirming to IS-4885 etc complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.
