Supply retrofit, testing and commissioning of Numerical Busbar Protection Relay Specification as per the Annexure-A (attached) in existing 220KV Bus Coupler Control and Relay Panels, along with 2.5 sq mm control wire upto 62 mtrs, cupper pin and ring lugs, ferrule and all materials as per design and site requirements. The party needs to submit revised schematic drawing after commissioning (Reffer to Annexure-A)

Supply, retrofit, testing and commissioning of Auxilary relays of the following Specifications like Contact Configuration :11 NO + 3 NC (NO, NC contact may vary as per site requirement), Numbers of Element : 1, Coil Voltage: 220-250V DC, in the existing 220KV Bus coupler control and relay Panels, along with 2.5 sq mm cupper control wire upto 20 mtrs. & all materials as per design and site requirements for CT Disconnection, CT Sync relay & Bus Inter connecting relay.

Supply, retrofit, testing and commissioning of 01 Breaker Control Switch as per the schematic drawing (Annexure - C) and 01 Trip- Transfer Switch (Annexure - C (a)), 2.5 sq mm cupper control wire upto 20 mtr. in existing Control & Relay panel, along with all materials as per design and site requirements.

Allignment and maintenance of 220KV 2000 Amp Gang operated Isolator by supplying 06 numbers of 2000 Amp 220Kv Isolator Female clamp, 06 numbers of Isolator Pad clamp 220kv 2000 Amp suitable for moose conductor, including GI nut bolts, bearing, grease etc.. as per requirement and instruction.

Locate the leakage of SF6 Gas of 01 set of 220KV SF6 & arrest the leakage including supplying of required items and machinaries, Supplying of 46 KG Sf6 Gas in a suitable cylinder, Refilling and evaquation of SF6 Gas in the existing 220KV breaker, Repairing of 220KV SF6 Breaker by supplying 02 sets of Auxilary contact set (12NO+12NC), 02 Sets of Shunt trip coil and one Closing coil suitable for 245KV CGL make SF6 Breaker( Operating voltage 220V DC), one number of 3 Pole Power Contactors(6Amp) with Overload relay (range 1A-6A, coil voltage 415volt, with 1NO+1NC auxilary contact), 2.5 sq mm control wire upto 30 mtrs. along with all accessories as per site requirement and instruction.

Repairing of control gear panel panel of 220KV 2000 Amp Gang operated Isolator by supplying 07 numbers of Fuse holder with HRC fuse (32 Amp), 24 numbers of Terminal block (32 Amp) suitable for Pin lugs, 02 numbers of Multi step switch (Local-Remote-Manual) 3pole 4W, 01 Power Isolator switch 10A (3 phase & Nuetral), 01 DC power Isolator Switch 10 Amp (Possitive & Negative), 02 numbers of contactor (3 NO -16A for power & 02 NO+2NC for control) coil voltage 220 volt DC, 01 Thermal Overload Relay (3 Phase, Range 1.2A- 2.4A)with 2 NO+2NC, 01 number of Interlock assembly, 2.5 sq mm cupper wire (Colour as per requirement) upto 30 mtr. and all the accessories as per the requirement and instruction.

Supply, Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. for 12cX2.5 sq mm Cupper Armoured Control cable 1.1 KV Grade along with all material as per design and requirement.

Supply, laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. for 8cX2.5 sq mm Cupper Armoured Control cable 1.1 KV Grade along with all material as per design and requirement.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
