Repair/Routine maintenance including carrying out daily check of fire alarm / fire fighting system complete with electronic control panel consisting of zones in CGC Building, Pandya, Kalinga, C1 & C2 buildings including attendance of alarm personnel to attend the fire alarm system faults, testing, checking including replacementment of unserviceable components other than mentioned in schedule “A” The fire alarm/fire fighting system consisting the following:- (a) Indicators (b) Electronic hooter (c) Manual call points (d) Smoke detector (e) Heat detector (f) Electronic fire control panel (g) Main/Zone cards (h) Battery of Fire panel DC supply (J) All wiring and cable connections (k) Fire diesel pump (l) Main Fire pump (m) Booster pump

M&L for attending break down of pipe line bursting/creaks including removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting/manual cutting as per site requirement including testing for the arresting leakages for the 200 mm size of MS pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note :- a) Necessary labour, T&P is demed to be included in the quoted rate. b) Excavation work, pipe lenghts will be meaured and paid separately.

Material and labour for cleaning of over head terrace tank of capacity 25000 ltrs by pumping out the accumulated water in the bottom and removing the complete site from the sumps and depositing and levelling as directed and cleaning with bleaching powder and wire brushing the sumps after scrapping completely without disturbing the water supply to the area including painting and due date of cleaning on the sump wall and applying one coat of white wash to entire sump externally as well as internally complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and replacementment of 4 mm thick sheet glass for fire hose boxes of size 0.20 x 0.20 m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix hose reel of 20 mm dia and 30 mtr length conforming to IS-5132 including gun metal hose reel cap (shank) suitable for double hydrant control valve all as directed.

Repair and maintenance fire service main pump multi stage up to 100 HP having at 90 mtrs head multi stage pump of horizontal split casing running at 1450 RPM coupled with upto 100 HP diesel engine including servicing by replacing unserviceable items of gland packing, bearings and charging lubricants for smooth running including servicing of upto 100 hp diesel engine by replacing filters, lubricant oil including defective parts like coupling, oil air filters, servicing of radiator, replacementment exhaust gasket, replacementment of diesel supply and return pipes from tank to engine, battery leads and checking of chaging circuit complete including base frame and pipe lines upto inside pump room of approved colour after preparation of existing surface complete all as specified and directed .

Repair and maintenance of fire service main pump multi stage upto 100 HP having at 90 mtrs head multi stage pump of horizontal split casing running at 1450 RPM coupled with upto 100 HP AC induction motor including servicing by replacing unserviceable items of gland packing, bearings, gaskets, nuts, bolts and charging lubricants for smooth running including painting of pumpset, base frame and pipe lines upto inside pump room of approved colour after preparation of existing surface complete all as specified and directed .

Repair and maintenance of fire service Terrace/booster/priming pump multi stage having 900 LPM at 36 mtrs head ,horizontal split casing running at 2900 RPM coupled with AC induction motor including servicing by replacing unserviceable items of gland packing, bearings, gaskets, nuts, bolts and charging lubricants for smooth running including painting of pumpset, base frame and pipe lines upto inside pumproom of approved colour after preparation of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning cast iron body, ISI marked, BUTTERFLY VALVE as per IS 13095, ISI Marked with necessary fittings as per specification. Details : The Butterfly valve shall suitable for waterworks and tested to minimum of 20 kg/cm2 pressure. The body shall of cast iron conforming to IS:210 in circular shape and of high strength to take the minimum water pressure of 10kg/cm2 . The disk shall be heavy duty cast iron with anticorrosive epoxy or nickel coating for the following sizes : Note :- i) The valve seat shall be of high grade elastomer or nitrile rubber.
