Providing services of under water divers with gantry crane operator for operation of gantry crane for taking out and placement of stop log gates in position of different grooves of Under sluice gate as per requirement with the help of divers to carry out various works under deep water on stop log gate at Yamuna barrage. The work includes cleaning the surface of the bend grooves of both the ends where stop log gate is to be rest under deep water, which includes lowering/lifting of log gates by making proper arrangement of lifting boom, changing of hook of hunger of gantry crane under deep water with the help of other equipment that are required at the site and when the same is rest under the bend of the grooves the sealing/making leak proof of stop log gates is to be done under deep water with the help of the under water divers with crane operating staff so that work of painting should be carried out in the under sluice barrage gates. The stop log etc should be removed after completion of paint work of each under sluice gate. The divers team should be equipped with diving equipment such as Diving air control panel, Diving suit, Compressor, Oxygen cylinder etc and other under water equipment required at site i/c Rope and Gunny Bag as per direction of Expert Gradute Engineer(exper in under water) encharge.

Providing and fixing scaffolding system/temporary working platform on the deep water for Sand blasting/cleaning,priming and painting work of under sluice gate of barrage made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps with bamboos,strip,rope made by expert labour of under water with all safety measure used like Boat, life jacket, Oxygen cylinder,. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners,connection on the deep water surface etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc.complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge with own boat.

Oiling and greasing of all moving and static parts of under sluice gates wherever is required, setting of wheel track including repair/replacement of anchor bolt of track guide and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical system to ensure proper closing of gates I/c testing and commissioning of weir side gates.

Dismantling steel work and removing roller and other mechanical part for repair supporting steel of gate including dismembering and stacking within store and dry portion through Boat and under water expert labour.

Proving and fixing Structural steel on Under sluice gate of Barrage at work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. kg

Alignment of steel portion with grove supporting steel portion of under Gate by expert labour with help of press machine with fitting mechanical portion of Under sluice gate. Excluding priming and paint coat

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.
