Charpoy GI Pipe with Nylon Newar/Charpoy GI Pipe with Ply Top (Drawing No. FD -220)
Taking out and removing all existing unserviceable worn out nylon newar from Charpoy, tightening the frame and S & F new ply wood 12 mm thick BWR grade (07 layer ) ISI marked including three stiffener of size 900mm x 50mm x 5mm made of MS flat iron and applying two coats of Black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, the stiffener shall be welding with long rail of Charpoy GI pipe and ply shall be fixed with support of counter sunk nut, bolts and washer (75mm x 6mm, total 10 Nos) including 3 Nos holes on each long rail and 02 Nos holes on each short rails, complete all as specified and directed.
Taking out and removing all existing unserviceable plywood top from Charpoy GI Pipe, tightening the frame and S & F new plywood top 12 mm thick BWR grade 07 layer ISI marked, with support of counter sunk nut, bolts and washer of size 75mm x 6mm (total 10 Nos ). The existing stiffeners shall be fixed to long rails with welding and applying two coats of black paint, complete all as specified and directed.
Taking out and removing old unserviceable long rail from its position and including separating serviceable position of the same for making short rail and S&F new long rail as per existing shape and size made out of 32mm bore GI pipe medium grade (ISI marked ) and fixed the same in the existing position with making thread at both end complete all as specified and as directed as shown on drawing.
Taking out and removing old unserviceable short rail from its position and including separating serviceable position of the same for making leg and S&F new short rails as per existing size, made out of 32mm bore GI pipe (ISI marked) fixed in the existing position complete all as specified and as directed as shown on drawing.
Taking out and removing old unserviceable legs from its position and S&F new legs from its position and as per existing size made out of 32mm GI pipe med grade and fixed the same in the existing position with making thread at one side, 02 Nos MS clamp fixed on each leg for staying MNF, and washer 40 x 3mm thick welded to bottom of each leg complete all as specified and as directed as shown on drawing.
Taking out and removing old unserviceable stiffeners from its position and S&F new stiffeners to the same in existing position, size 900mm x 50mm x 5mm thick made of MS flat iron and applying two coats of Black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed as shown on drawing.
Labour only for making short rail from long rail as obtained from GI Pipe against Serial No 1.03 here-in-before cut to required length including making thread at one or both end whenever required and removing balance short pieces of GI pipe from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out and removing old unserviceable three way Elbow from its position and S & F new 32mm dia three way GI elbow medium grade (ISI marked ) in the existing position complete all as specified and as directed as shown on drawing.
Taking out and removing old unserviceable GI check nut from its position and S & F new 32mm dia and 6mm thick GI medium grade check nut & fixed in the same position complete all as specified and as directed as shown on drawing.
S & F in repair new mild steel clamp by welding made out of flat iron of size 25mm x 3mm thick made in to existing shape and size with one GI washer fixed at the bottom of clamp by welding including painting the steel surface with apply two coats of black synthetic enamel paint (2nd grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer complete as specified as directed and as shown on drawing.
Taking and removing of unserviceable hard wood shoes from its position and S & F new hard wood shoes round block made of well seasoned 1st class sal wood and fixed with new steel screws to bottom of leg complete shape and size all as specified and directed.
Charpoy IP with Hard Top (Drawing No. FD/MAP-II/ 01)
Taking out old damaged / broken plywood from its position and refixing the same with new 12mm thick plywood (BWR grade) 07 layer shall fixed with counter sunk nut, bolts and washer as per existing shape complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking out old damaged / broken stiffener from its position and refixing the same with new stiffener of size 25mm x 25mm x 16 gauge MS tube shall be fixed through spot welding complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Thickness of metal to be welded shall not exceed 2mm.

BED HARD STEEL (Drawing No. FD/E6/MAP/08 (R))
Taking out old damaged / broken plywood from its position and refixing the same with new 12mm thick plywood (BWR grade) 07 layer shall fixed with counter sunk nut, bolts and washer as per existing shape complete all as specified and as directed as shown on drawing.
Taking out old damaged / broken stiffener from its position and refixing the same with new stiffener of size 25mm x 25mm x 16 gauge MS tube shall be fixed through spot welding complete all as specified and as directed as shown on drawing. Note : Thickness of metal to be welded shall not exceed 2mm.
