Earth work in excavation in all type of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay gravel, moorums of all varieties shingles.pebble all type of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, disintegrated rock, fissured shattered, decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials, as describe under appendix to those specifications either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiselling , wedging etc . excluding blasting in all conditions such as dry moist, saturated Submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water, including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal stumps and other deleterious matters, dressing of Side and bottoms and back filling the excavated earths to the extent required and disposing the remaining excavated soil/rock as directed by Engineer in charge for all leads and in all lifts as specified and directed etc.complete

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for a)Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

b) vertical surfaces such as retaining walls , return walls, walls (any thk) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, etc.

Providing & laying cement 1:2:4(1 cement:2 coarse sand : 4 graded granitic or baseltic stone aggregate, 20 mm, nominal size),excluding cost of centering & shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level

b) In retaining walls , return walls(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level.

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while laying pipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retainig structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge A) 110 mm dia

Providing and laying laterite stone aggregate 40x40x40 cm to cover the weep holes on the earth retaining side of retaining wall to act as filter media.

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and basement.

12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Supplying and fixing in position factory made Pre-cast RCC boundary stones confirming to IRC-25-1967 in concrete grade of M-20 with 20 mm nominal size granitic/basaltic aggregate compacted by means of mechanical vibrator in a smooth form of finish and 6mm dia bars in five no.s. stirrups and two number inverted 'U' size bars etc. complete (Excavation, bed concrete to be paid seperately) a) Circular 150 mm dia at top 200 mm dia at base and 900 m length.
