ADDITIONAL ALTERATION OR REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE HT UNDERGROUND CABLE AT ZONE-II SUB STATION TO SUB STATION-26 AND ZONE-III AT TBRL RANGE RAMGARH

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables, Foundation filling of poles or stays etc all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 1.00 above but depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3 metre

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Returning filling, in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class HV, Type I, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and laying Galvanized steel tubing light grade with complete all fittings such as elbbow, unions, nipples, tees, bends, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, caps, plugs, diminishing pieces and sockets etc all as per site requirement of size 100 mm dia complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply, laying in trenches, testing and commisioning XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (earthed) grade having cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured , aluminium cable of size 120 Sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured , aluminium cable of size 120 Sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured , aluminium cable of size 120 Sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erecting in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole, 11 metre long, complete with mild steel base plate 6mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm, B-118 finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws, type 410 SP-55 including drilling of holes of required size and nuts for fixing of cross arms, painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting five black and white bands at lower portion of pole each of 300 mm height at 300mm spacing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work and PCC in foundation of poles, coping etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch 'A').

PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles and stay/installation paths complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in coping of poles and the like complete including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles and stay/installation paths complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for stay assembly complete with MS stay plate 300x300x6mm thick galvanized stay rod not less than 20mm dia, 2.15 M long galvanized stay bow, galvanized thimble,stay clamp etc. all as shown in electrical plate No1of SSR part-I (Note:- Excavation,earthwork,cement concrete loop type insulators and stay wire shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Material and labour for loop insulator, vitreous, porcelain, white, brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 50x140mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete.

Supply and fixing for gang operated switch outdoor type 11000 Volts, 400 Amp capacity tripple pole machenically operated suitable for operation from ground level and for vertical mounting complete with HT insulators 12 Nos. with dropout fuse set, channel, knife blades, GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia for operating mechanism worked from ground level, locking arrangement with handle all as specified.

Material and labour for HT 11 KV lightening arrestor expulsion type having discharge capacity of 65 KA, suitable for 11 KV HT line includng making connection with GI earth wire.

Supply and fixing pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for working pressure 11000 Volts grade of HT line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for disc type insulators, porcelain vitreous white brown or green, 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, two-in-series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor having working pressure 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for MS work confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O as in cross arms, support, bracings, stiffeners, clamps channels fabricated from structural steel including nuts, bolts and washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size all as directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coating of red oxide primer all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for anti climbing devices, spike type fabricated out of MS bars (Round, square and flat) including nuts, bolt, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole including painting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate 600x600x6mm thick electrode and 32x6 mm GI strip as earthing lead buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground connected to GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check , nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate no. 3 including 40 mm dia medium grade GI protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, funnel, wire mesh , charcoal dust, PCC pit and 50mm thick RCC cover, earth work in any type of soil connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: GI strip beyond 7.5Mtr length from earth electrode shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply and fixing for earthing strip 32x6mm GI fixed to wall/pole/buried in ground /drawn in pipe complete.

Supply and fixing for danger notice plate for HT poles size 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enemelled white letter figures and converntionl skull and bones maked in red colour with MS clamp of flate iron 25X3mm size, bolts, nuts, size of plate 25 X20 Cm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface complete in soft/loose soil.

Material and labour for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron filltets(for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including two coats of paint as directed with over a coating of red oxide primer all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only PVC coated chain link fencing 3.6 mm dia of G I wire and minimum 1 mm thick vinyl coating, 50mm x 50mm mesh size all as approved and directed. Note: (i) The dia meter of the mesh after PVC coating shall be 5.6mm (ii) The PVC coating shall be green in colour (iii)The GI Chain link mesh with PVC coating shall be weighed for the purpose of payment)

Fixing only GI wire PVC coated chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation over the areas around the substations not exceeding 45 cm depth and averaging 30 cm deep and getting out spoil in hard & dense soil including levelling the surface.

Material and labour for screened river sand, filling on the levelled ground surface/ducts in sub stations/below 2 pole & 4 pole structures etc

Material and labour for stone aggregate of size 35 to 40mm spreading over sand layer in the substation areas including proper leveling all as directed and shown at site.

Material and labour for stone aggregate of size 20 to 25 mm spreading over sand layer in the sub stations areas including proper levelling all as directed .

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B brick straight cured on plan exc 6m mean radious built in cm 1:4

Rendering/cement plastering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement mortor 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl applying two coat of white wash all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out/down from trenches/floors/roads/walls/pipe/pole old unserviceable HT cable any type and size all as specified and directed.
