Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100(eighty-hundred) K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and bromming, crushable screening at the rate of 0.22 cum ( zero point two two cubic meters) per ten square meters, to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –III, 53mm to 22.4mm ( Fifty three millimeters to twenty two point four millimeters) size, 75mm ( seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GSTor other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing , laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimeter) compacted thickness, composed of type-A with specified sizes of graded stone aggregate 13.2mm (Thirteen decimal two millimeter) to 5.6mm (Five decimal six millimeter) aggregate at the rate 0.27cum.per 10 sqm. (Zero point two seven cubic meter) per ten square meter premixed with pentration grade with bitumen binder VG-10(viscosity grade-ten) at the rate 14.6 kg. (fourteen point six kilogramme) per ten square meter of road surface to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in hot mix plant of 30/40 (Thirty/ forty) tonne per hour capacity, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (Eighty-hundred)KN static road roller, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat type -B complete as per MORD technical specification clause-508 including hauling of material in all leads lifts and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge excluding the cost of tack coat and seal coat but including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidental charges. The rates includes octori, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax and other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with BITUMEN emulsion (RS-1)using emulsion pressure distributor at rate of 0.225 kg. (Zero point two two five kilograme) per square meter on the prepared bituminous surface and cleaned with hydraulic brooms as per MORD technical specifications clause No.503 including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimeter) compacted thick bituminous concrete with Min 40-60 TPH (forty-sixty tonne per hour) hot mix Batch type/Drum type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregate 13mm (thirteen millimeter) nominal size of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten ) @ 5.5% (five point five percent ) of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 ( eight to ten ) tonne capacity for initial break down, rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (twelve-fifteen tonne) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56MPa (Zero point five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desire compaction as per MORTH technical specifications clause 509 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rates is also includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
