The tenderer should have executed the works / have experience in similar, in any of the following organizations during last five 5 years in any Central Govt /State Govt/ PSUs Govt bodies/MES Railway/CPWD/ KPWD any Metro Rail Corporations, Each Tenderer in its name should have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works during last five (05) years either of 1) One (01) similar work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 44.05 Lakhs 2) Two (02) similar works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 35.24 Lakhs 3) Three (03) similar works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 26.43Lakhs, c)Executed in the last five (05) years the following minimum quantity of work I) Epoxy Flooring Work 2487.00 Sqm.ii) Fabrication Work 1310Kgs.1)Similar Works means Any civil Works 2) Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90 percent completed as on the date of Tender submission (that is gross value of work done up to the last date of submission is 90 percent or more of the original contract price) and continuing satisfactorily,3)Last five (5) years shall be counted from 28 days prior to the latest date of submission of Tender,4) In case the Tenderer has executed works/contract for a client, which includes other works in addition to similar woks then the tenderer should provide a client, certificate clearly indicating the amount of work done in respect of the similar work in support of work experience.5)Work Completion Certificate shall be certified by Executive Engineer or above rank and considered to be valid. 6)The credentials of the Tenderer in case of works executed as a subcontractor can also be considered towards eligibility criteria with respect to Clause 3.4 (b) and 3.4 (c) of ITT (instruction of Tenderers), subject to documentary evidence to establish traceability to the client as in 3.2.1(i)above (including clients approval for Subcontracting)The onus is on the tenderer to the same.
