M&L opening manhole of septic tank, remove night soil and sediments including liquid by mechanical pumping into tanker lorry, cleaning internal surface with water and re-fix the manhole covers, taken away night soil & sediments from the respective vicinities on covered conveyance and dispossed off outside MoD land complete all as directed. Note : (i) Volume of septic tank will be worked out based on the depth excluding free board or actual depth of sludge, whichever is less. (ii) Water shall be procured by the contractor for cleaning purpose.

M&L opening intercepting chambers of size 1.50x1.00 mtrs, remove night soil and sediments including liquid by mechanical pumping into tanker lorry, cleaning internal surface with water and taken away night soil & sediments from the respective vicinities on covered conveyance and dispossed off outside MoD land complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Volume of intercepting chamber will be worked out based on the depth or actual depth of sludge, whichever is less. (ii) Water shall be procured by the contractor for cleaning purpose.

M & L cleaning (mechanically) of sewage line/effluent drains of any dia and disposing off sludge outside MoD land complete all as directed.

M & L removing the chokes in drains of WC/bath room/kitchen upto 1st manhole including cleaning of gully traps in single storey/ground floor of multi storeyed buildings complete all as directed.

M & L removing chokes in drains of WC/bath room/kitchen other than ground floor complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exec 1.5m wide and not exec 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft well, manhole, Sewage line etc not exec 10 sqm on plan and not exec 1.5m depth and getting out to soft/loose soil complete all as specified

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete pipe) set in cement mortar complete all as directed.

S&f 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 bed to 150mm dia drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work/block masonry built in cement mortar all as specified.

M&L 15mm thick plastering on brick or concrete surface in CM 1:4 and making surfaces fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/ benching including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT bars 8mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in drain/manhole cover slabs not exc 150mm thick all as directed.

M & L Precast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in Cover slabs of drains ,set in CM 1:4 including necessary form works complete all as specified and as directed.. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard core of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) & depositing at a place all as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed..

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with white cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L Preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement based paint complete all as specified.
