Construction and Commissioning of 125 mm dia Hand Pump in Sub division Bhopalgarh UNDER District Division I JODHPUR

BSR Item No. 2.44.1 - HAND PUMP- Consturcton of tube well from ground level & p to 100 mtr depth to accommodate huseing and assembly pipe of following sizes in all type of alluvium strata unconsolldated formation such as pebbles. Boulders etc. by percussion/rotay drilligng method as per IS:2800 part 1:1991 and IS : 2800 Part II- 1979 (both amended upto date) and technical specifications, with gravel as per IS:4097-1967 and its packing as per IS;2800 (Part I & II) 1979 as amended up to date (the work includes the cost of gravl & it's primary packing and packing during development, lowering of housing & strainer assembly pipes with supply and wrapping of coir-rope, wherever necessary for arresting fine sand particles and development work, but excluding the cost of houseing and straiener pipe assembly). The work would be completd after obtainting sand free water. Nominal Bore 125 mm dia.

BSR Item No- 2.44.2 Add 15% extra on above item for drilling dept beyond 100 mtr. if depth or bore is more than 100 mtr.

BSR Item No. 2.45.2 - Construction of Tube Well up to 100 mtr. depth in all type of rocks by DTH system & over burden to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all types of soils & over burden including lowrering of casing pipes, (if required) excluding cost of casing pipes, as per IS:2800 Part 1:1991 and IS:2800 Part II : 1979 (Both amended upto date) and technical specification. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have a through out bore as per niminal dia of casing pipe.. Nominal bore 125 mm dia

BSR Item No. 2.45.3 :- Add 15 % extra on above item for drilling depth beyond 100 mtr, if depth of bore is more than 100 mtr.

BSR Item No. 2.47.2 - Supply of ERW MS black casing pipe ISI marked {IS:1239(1:2004)} medium of following sizes at site of work 125 mm dia NB (Thickness of pipe 4.8 mm & mass of tube 16.40 Kg/m)

Labour charges for making slots on blank pipes made of ERW MS black pipe ISI marked of following sizes, the slotting should be as per IS:8110-1985. 125 mm dia nominal bore

BSR Item No 2.54 - Installation of India Mark II/III E.D. I & II hand pump set complete on existing platform

BSR Item No. 2.55 - Construction of 185 cm dia platform as per approved desing & drawing of UNICEF

BSR Item No. 2.23.1 - Supply and Fixing Tube well Cover of MS Sheet 8 mm thick at Top and 5 mm thick 100 mm wide hroud around the edge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe withj GI nipple 45 cm long and two GI flanges at both end in 80 mm sixes passing through a hole in the centre of MS sheet. A 25 mm socket with end plug shall also be welded over top plate (As per drawing enclosed). A GI nipple having outside thread of size 1/2 " (For installation Pressure Gauge) shall be provided and welded with 80 mm GI nipple near top plate nipple shall be provided with end plug 125 mm dia
