ITEM No.1 :- Window Type-1 Providing and fixing Window Type 1, crafted in traditional architectural style with the following components, all installed as per approved design, detail, and alignment : 1. GFRC Jali (Grill): Precast Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) ornamental jali panel with traditional motifs (geometric/floral), factory-cast with minimum thickness of 30 mm. Installed flush within the window opening with adequate structural supports. 2. Arch: Decorative arched top in GFRC , forming an integral part of the opening, with smooth curvature and edges, proportionate to the window size. 3. Corbell (Bracket): Traditional corbell brackets below the arch or supporting frame, made in GFRC, minimum projection 150 mm, detailed in classical style.
4. Galtha (Stone Sill): Natural stone sill (galtha) provided at the base of the window opening. Stone to be locally sourced/dressed, minimum thickness 50 mm, slope for water runoff, with chamfered or rounded edges. 5. Flower Motifs: Decorative flower carvings in GFRC placed around the arch or within jali elements, cast or carved in relief, fixed securely into the composition. 6. Kel Phool on Arch: Signature Kel Phool motif in GFRC or stone, prominently placed at the center/top of the arch. Sized proportionately and detailed with precision. 7. Frame (in Stone): Full perimeter stone frame, hand-chiseled and polished or textured, surrounding the entire window opening. Frame to have a minimum thickness of 75 mm, mitred or interlocked at corners, flush or projecting as per design. Joints to be tight and sealed with compatible grout. ITEM No. 3 :- Stone Arch Opening with Kamal Phool and Stone Frame Providing and constructing Stone Arch Opening in traditional Indian architectural style, including intricately carved features as per approved drawings and design intent. The item comprises the following elements: 1. Arch (in Stone): Fabrication and installation of a semi-circular or pointed arch made from hand-dressed natural stone (sandstone, basalt, or approved type). The arch shall be built using individual voussoirs, shaped and finished with precision. Joints to be tight and pointed with matching grout. Arch thickness to be minimum 150 mm, with proper curvature and depth. 2. Kamal Phool (Lotus Motif): A carved Kamal Phool (Lotus flower) detail in relief, centrally placed at the crown of the arch (keystone position), integrated into the stonework. Motif to be carved in same or contrasting stone, finished smoothly, and sized proportionate to the arch geometry (typically 150–250 mm in diameter). 3. Stone Frame: Full stone surround frame provided along the vertical and horizontal edges of the opening. Frame sections to be cut, dressed, and finished with chamfered or profiled edges as per design. Frame thickness not less than 75 mm and depth as per wall section. All stone joints to be mitred or tongue-and-grooved for stability. The stones shall be dressed full or to template, or as shown in working drawings. The exposed faces of the stone shall be fine - chissel dressed, and all joints shall be in line and close not more than 3mm thick. All visible angles and edges to be free from unsightly chippings, etc. complete. As directed by Engineer-In-Charge. ITEM No. 28 :- Providing and applying two component high performance polymer modifed cementitious waterproofing coating , having minimum elongation of 120%, Tensile strength 1.2 N/mm2 (As per ASTM D412), Water Vapour Transmission 0.7 Perms (As per ASTM E96), Adhesion Strength 1 Mpa (As per ASTM D 7234), Crack bridging up to 1 mm (As per ASTM C836) and food grade certification by CFTRI, including reinforcing the coating with 45gsm glass fibre mesh at all corners. The coating shall be applied with a total consumption of 2.0 Kg/Sqm in 2-3 coats on the entire horizontal and vertical surface as per manufacturer's specification and methodology. Waterproofing coating should be applied min 450 mm from FFL. The system includes base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flacky materials, grouting the porous area with cementitious grout, sealing the minor cracks, proper coving between slab and wall junctions and pre-wetting the surface to attain SSD condition before application of the waterproofing coating, followed by the application of waterproof coating. Measurement on actual area basis.
ITEM No. 29 :- Providing and Applying a liquid applied acrylic membrane in three coats (total consumption 2.0 kg per sqm) with fleece of 100 GSM sandwiched in coats including cleaning, wire brushing, washing and grinding the concrete surface with grinding machine/hand grinders, providing and making watta ( coving / fillet ) at Vertical & Horizontal junctions for easy flow of waterproofing membrane, repairing potholes with high bonding polymer modified mortar admixed with emulsion base admixturefor enhancing the binding properties, repairing cracks with high bonding polymer modified mortar, etc. Product should confirmed Tensile stregth 2.90Mpa, Elongation upto 350-400%, Solid by wt % 50.5 to 55.90% complete. waterproofing warrenty for 10 years
ITEM No. 30 :- Polyurethane Coating Providing & applying 1K Solvent Based High Performance Pure Polyurethane Coating Synthesized in India with consumption of 1.5 kg/Sqm or 2.3kg/sq.m in 2-3 coats to achieve DFT of 1±0.1 mm or 1.5±0.1 mm respectively. This membrane shall confirm to ASTM C836 & ASTM C898. The membrane should have the below properties: >Solid Content - >85% as per ASTM D 1644. > Elongation at break >600% as per ASTM D 412. > Tensile strength >3-4 Mpa as per ASTM D 412. > Shore A hardness of >50 as per ASTM D 2240. > Dynamic Crack Bridging- > 3.2 mm as per ASTM C 1305 > Pull-off Adhesion of >1.5 MPa as per ASTM D7234 > Resistance to Hydrostatic Head Upto 10 Bar as per BS EN 12390-8 > Passes the Resistance to Fatigue Movement, for 1000 cycles @ -15˚ C, as per the methodology specified in European Assessment Document EAD 030350-00-0402 (A 4.5) > Exhibits Root Resistance Property as per CEN/TS/14416. Post application the coating shall be laid over by min M25 grade protective cement screed. Priming:- Providing and applying solvent free epoxy primer 200 gms/SqM in two coats using a brush or short / medium pile roller at a time gap of 8 hrs by ensuring a uniform coating is achieved and compensated the differences in surface porosity, allowing second coat to dry for 24 Hrs, as per manufacturer's specification. All cracks and construction joints should be either filled with epoxy putty or mortor. supplying and laying 150 GSM geotextile over the Horizontal waterproofing layer to receive the protection and slope making screed.
ITEM No. 31 :- Providing & applying cold applied 2K Hybrid Polyurea Polyurethane coating with high tensile strength: with consumption of 2.3kg/sq.m in 2-3 coats to achieve DFT of 1.2±0.1 mm or 1.5±0.1 mm respectively. The membrane should have the below properties: >Solid Content - >85% as per ASTM D 1644. > Elongation at break >450± 50 % as per ASTM D 412. > Tensile strength >9±1 Mpa as per ASTM D 412. > Shore D hardness of >35 as per ASTM D 2240. > Crack Bridging- > 4±1 mm as per ASNZ4548 > Pull-off Adhesion of >2 MPa as per ASTM D7234 > Resistance to Hydrostatic Head Upto 10 Bar as per BS EN 12390-8 > Exhibits Root Resistance Property as per CEN/TS/14416. Post application the coating shall be laid over by min M25 grade protective cement screed.along with supplying and laying 150 GSM geotextile over the Horizontal waterproofing layer to receive the protection and slope making screed.
ITEM No. 32 :- Providing and applying polyurethene car parking coating system including providing Surface Preparation by using Grinding Machine and handgrinders on the serrated and slurried concrete surface, to expose original hard concrete surface and washing the area thoroughly, including removal of nails, protruding binding wires, timber embedment etc. complete, application of base coat – silica broadcast, top coat as per approved colored, line markings etc complete, Priming:- Providing and applying, solvent free epoxy primer 200 gms/SqM in two coats using a brush or short / medium pile roller at a time gap of 8 hrs by ensuring a uniform coating is achieved and compensated the differences in surface porosity, allowing second coat to dry for 24 Hrs, as per manufacturer's specification. All cracks and construction joints should be either filled with epoxy putty or mortor. CarDeck Base Coat :- Providing and installing 300 microns for parking & Drive way area/500 microns for Ramp area at consumption of 0.5 Kg/SqM - 0.8 Kg/SqM respectively using a flat trowel / rubber squeegee by mixing all 3 components in mixing vessel using heavy duty slow speed drilling machine fixed with mixing paddle & pouring it completely on application surface. Gently rolling the surface of Apcoflor Car Deck Base Coat using bubble roller for uniform sprading followed by spike roller to remove the entrapped air, as per manufacturer's specification. Immidiately after base coat application,Sandtex 16/30 sand to be broadcasted on laid Apcoflor Car Deck BC coating @ 2-3 kg per sq.mt to create desired degree of roughness. Post 24 Hrs of air drying, brooming off excess sand completely . Car Deck Top Coat :- Providing and installing 300 microns for parking & Drive way area/500 microns for Ramp area at consumption of 0.5 Kg/SqM - 0.8 Kg/SqM respectively using a Rollers suitable for PU coating / rubber squeegee by mixing all 2 components in mixing vessel using heavy duty slow speed drilling machine fixed with mixing paddle & pouring it completely on application surface as per manufacturer's specification. Car Deck UV coat :- Providing and installing UV Coat at 100 microns for exposed Ramp area at consumption of 0.25 Kg/SqM using a Rollers suitable for PU coating by mixing all 2 components in mixing vessel using heavy duty slow speed drilling machine fixed with mixing paddle & pouring it completely on application surface as per manufacturer's specification.

ITEM No. 33 :- Providing labour for Waterproofing from the negative side. Doing PU Injection Pressure Grouting by drilling hole at 45 Degree to a depth of 300mm - 500mm at distance of every 1mtr center to center, inserting M.S. / Galvanized nozzle having 10-13 mm diameter and 100mm length and filling gaps between nozzle and surface with fast setting plugguing compound Magic Coat Instant to ensure no leakages while doing PU injection grouting with pressure machine maintaining pressure of 4 bar by using Magic Grout PU. The grout to be used should have the following properties: Form- Liquid Type; Solubility in Water- Hydrophobic; Density (g/ml)- 1.12; Viscosity (KS F 4923) - 100 to 200 mPa-s; Tensile Shear Strength (230 C), (KS M 3705)- 4 N / mm2; Chemical Resistance - Resistant to more organic Solvent , Mild Acids , Alkali. ITEM No. 34 :- Providing & Supplying corrosion inhibiting admixture in concrete to protect steel bars for all concrete in every part CI 300 of approved make & approved by Engineer in charge migrating, non-nitrite based corrosion inhibiting admixture shall be added at a dose of 3 Kilograms per cum of concrete. The admixture should protect both cathodic and anodic sites. Admixture should have evaluated test as per ASTM G 1-03 2017 & JIS Z 1535.The admixture should have followed guidelines as per IS: 9103-2007 and ASTM C-494-2010 (Type-D).PH of admixture should be alkaline in nature, specific gravity of 1.03 ± 0.2, colour :Yellow coloured liquid. The contractor must intimate the engineer in charge prior to addition in concrete for recording. If the admixture is put in the concrete mix at the batching plant, a written record of the amount of admixture used shall be supplied to the engineer. The engineer must ensure that the specified dosage of admixture is added in the concrete mix. (Material Cost only)

ITEM No. 36 :- PU Flooring Providing and installing at 3mm thick coat at consumption of 6.24 Kg/SqM using suitable trowel by mixing all 4 components ( including colourent ) in mixing vessel using heavy duty slow speed drilling machine fixed with mixing paddle. ITEM No. 37 :- Ready to use integral crystalline water proofing admixture in concrete for basement, water/liquid retaining structures:- Crystaline mix shall consist of Portland cement, very fine treated silica sand and various active, proprietary chemicals.These active chemicals shall be capable to react with the moisture in fresh concrete with the by-products of cement hydration to cause a catalytic reaction, which generates a non-soluble crystalline formation throughout the pores and capillary tracks of the concrete to permanently seal against the penetration of water or liquids from any direction. sealing 0.50 mm,Permeability Reduction (DIN 1048)>90%, Rapid Cloride ion penetration (ASTMC 1202) 48% reduction over control . The suncrystaline mix shall be used 0.75%of the cementitious material or as per manufacturers specifications.
ITEM No. 38 :- Epoxy Flooring Surface preparation:- Providing and cleaning all floor surface to make it free from dirt, dust, loose particles, wax, polish, efflorescence, laitance, curing compound and other contaminants.Mechanical surface profiling to be provided by grit or shot blasting/grinding/ Scarification. Creating network of grooves 2mm X 2mm size & 2 X 2 Sq M grids in the coating area along with periphery, complete as per manufacturer's specification. Priming:- Providing and applying , solvent free epoxy primer 200 gms/SqM in two coats using a brush or short / medium pile roller at a time gap of 8 hrs by ensuring a uniform coating is achieved and compensated the differences in surface porosity, allowing second coat to dry for 24 Hrs, as per manufacturer's specification. All cracks and construction joints should be either filled with epoxy putty or mortor. Epoxy screed:- Providing and installing, high performance, epoxy resin flooring screed by mixing all 3 components using heavy duty slow speed drilling machine fixed with mixing paddle, pouring of mixed material on the primed surface and spreading it using suitable trowel at 2mm thickness at consumption of 3.5 - 3.9 Kg/SqM. Gently rolling the surface of Apcoflor LSC3 XL using bubble roller for uniform spreading followed by spike roller to remove the entrapped air, as per manufacturer's specification.
Top Coat :Providing and installing, high performance, epoxy resin flooring system by mixing all components including pigment, using heavy duty slow speed drilling machine fixed with mixing paddle, pouring of mixed material on the primed surface and spreading it using suitable trowel at 1mm thickness at comsumption of 1.7 - 1.9 Kg/SqM. Gently rolling the surface of Apcoflor SL1 TC using bubble roller for uniform sprading followed by spike roller to remove the entrapped air, as per manufacturer's specification. > Compressive Strength - 40 ± 5% MPa as per ASTM C 579 > Flexural Strength - 10 ± 5% MPa as per ASTM C 580 > Tensile Strength - 8 ± 5% MPa as per ASTM C 307
ITEM No. 39 :- Admixture for reducing water & enhancing strength of concrete: Providing miscible polymeric liquid admixture , useful for reducing water requirement increasing the strength Confirms to ASTMC - 494 Type F and IS 9103 for chemical admixture at a dose of 200 ML to400 Ml per bag of cement depending up on mix design.Similar or equivalent product shall be technically evaluated by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM No. 40 :- Supplying and installing 1.5 mm composite thickness self adhesive Heat weld HDPE membrane Membrane should have puncture resistance >1000N (as per ASTM E 154), hydrostatic head resistance not less than 70 m head of water (ASTM D 5385), elongation > 500% [ASTMD 412], Tensile strength > 25 Mpa (ASTM D412), Peel adhesion to concrete > 1500 N/m (ASTM D903), Lap peel adhesion > 15000 N/m [ASTM D1876].
