Dismantling of 30 meters height high mast complete with the help of hydra, crane and heavy duty machine from foundation and re-erection of the same on existing shallow foundation with the help of chain pulley, hydra/crane and tower wagon duly assembling the ring, head frame, lantern carriage and connecting with the help of ERP cable on existing high mast etc as required.

Providing and fixing of EPR rubberized trailing conductor cable of size 5 x 2.5 sq.mm suitable for following high mast in existing high mast including testing and commissioning etc. as required. (a) 30 Meters High Mast

Supplying and drawing of 6 mm diameter SS wire rope of construction 7/19 on the existing high mast complete with U clamp of both the ends complete with nut bolt etc. as required. (a) 30 Meters Height High Mast

Supplying and fixing of winch tool for high mast having carrying capacity of 1250 Kg. in the existing opening of high mast complete with greasing the pinions, making required holes to fix the same etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of G.I. head frame on the existing high mast suitable for fixing on 30/20 meters height high mast complete etc as required.

Supplying and fixing of G.I. lantern carriage on the existing high mast suitable for fixing 6 to 8 luminaries complete with wiring the existing fitting with 3 x 2.5 sq.mm copper flexible cable connection etc as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of energy efficient LED flood light luminaries of system wattages 200 to 210 complete with accessories on the existing lantern of High Mast with help of tower wagon/hydra including connection with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable complete etc as required. Supplying & laying of 63mm outer diameter double walled corrugated (DWC) High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE) pipe having corrugation of the outer wall & plain surface on inner wall confirming to IS : 14930 (Part-II) complete with necessary accessories for protection of underground cable directly in ground in hard soil soft soil/RCC/Bitumins etc. at a depth of 50 cm including excavation, refilling the trench & making good the same etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meters long, 40 mm diameter including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt) as required.

Providing and fixing of 6 SWG diameter G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/submain wiring/ cable etc as required.

Fabrication, Supplying and installation of outdoor type, sloping roof cubical feeder pillar of surface area/size not less than 500 mm x 600mm x 250mm made out of CRCA M.S. Sheet 2 mm Thickness (14 SWG) duly compartmentalized having 4 strip bus bar of 200 Ampers capacity double door with double locking arrangement (one sliding lock in front and one godown lock each at front and rear for protection) dust proof vermin process, duly fixed on M.S. angle iron frame work of size 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (NS) 90 cm long legs, out of which 45 cm duly grouted in cement concrete foundation of size 30 cm X 30 cm X 50 cm deep 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) duly painted with one coat of red oxide & two coats of superior quality enamel paint in approved shade and colour complete etc. as required including supplying & fixing of following accessories in the feeder pillar complete with testing, earth studs, earth strips etc. as required. Supplying, fabrication, errection of MS wiremesh enclosure made out of 40X40X6mm thickness M.S. angle / T iron welded to form frame having angle / tee not more than 1 meter apart on vertical & horizontal run and providing & welding rectangular M.S. wiremesh of 8 SWG having spacing of 75mmX25mm duly welded on frame, painting with two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour & shade and quality and grouting the same on wall / floor with suitable arrangement etc complete as required.

Dismantling and shifting of existing 10/12 meters heights street light pole with other accessories at ITO/ Ring Road Area including making new foundation of Street Light pole, as per appropriate specifications decided by Engineer-in-charge including testing, commissioning etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing of following accessories in the existing defective LT cubical control panel (feeder pillar) of street lights suitable for 240/415Volts 50Hz, AC supply including connections, testing & commissioning etc complete as required. (a) 3 phase power contactor

Fabrication and supplying of front and back side powder painted, phasphotized panel cover of outdoor type cubical feeder pillar of various size made out of M.S. sheet 1.6mm thickness (16 SWG) with 2 Nos. heavy duty universal key shutter locks on front side and welding on back side, duly fixed on existing feeder pillar with necessary hinges, panel lock, door handle, gasket etc. including installation of the same at different feeder pillar in ITO/Ring Road Area complete as required.

Supplying and Fixing of Hot Pressed Moulded SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound) Street light pole termination window cover for following size of street light poles complete with rubber gasket, G.L mounting strip and bolt for mounting, steel grey colour in existing street light poles etc as required.
