Renovation of R.W Section office at Gop for the year 2025-26

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil including dressing and levelling the bed up to the required depth & removing the excavated earth & depositing the same away from the work site within initial lead of 50 mtr & initial lift of 1.5 mtr, including cost of labour T&P articles required for the work including shoring, shuttering, propping & dewatering if required, etc. complete in all respect as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth with sand, well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 15cm in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm. Size black hard hand broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry using ordinary Portland cement (OPC), screened and washed sharp sand for mortar including lowering, laying and compacting concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm.thick, watering and curing, including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, all labour sundries and T&P required for the work, including shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required including hire and running charges of all machineries etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash Brick Work in C.M (1:6 ) using Fly Ash Bricks of approved quality in Foundation and Plinth including providing key bricks, splays cutting, circular moulding, champering, chiselling including watering, curing with cost , conveyance , royalty taxes of all materials, labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fly Ash Brick Work in C.M (1:6) using Fly Ash Bricks of approved quality in superstructure including providing key bricks, splays cutting, circular moulding, champering, chiselling including watering, curing with cost , conveyance , royalty taxes of all materials, labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

12 mm thick Cement Plaster in C.M. (1:6) using good coarse river Sand of approved quality finished smooth over Brick Masonary after racking out joints including watering, curing with cost , conveyance , royalty taxes of materials all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

16 mm thick Cement Plaster in C.M. (1 : 6 ) using good coarse river Sand of approved quality finished smooth over Brick Masonary after racking out joints including watering, curing with cost , conveyance , royalty taxes of materials all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface including one coat of priming to receive painting including cost & convency of all materials labour T&P required for the work etc. Completed in all respect as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Wall painting two coats to walls with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work one coat including cost of paint including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement washing two coats including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats to walls with weather coat over a coat of Primer of approved shade on new work including cost of distemper and cost of all materials, labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying fitting & fixing of M.S Iron door & windows with grills of approved design including cost of all materials, labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Labour for fixing big six or trafford G.C.I.sheet in roof with fixing of ridges wind ties etc. complete but excluding cost of fittings and drilling holes in wind ties including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of false celling with Aluminium anodised T section No. 3215 with 2'0"center to center, L Section No.1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC supended from celling etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

2.5cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm C.B.H.G.Chips including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of materials, all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fixing Vitified tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks of required strength,80 MM thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required Grey colour & pattern over compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embeding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per manufacturers specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lift & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 Kms,spreading, grading to a required slope & compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT & H specification for Road & Bridge work (4th Revision) etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in Charge
