SPL REPAIR TO OLD RUSTED PIPELINE, VALVE PIT,SLUICE VALVES AND PROVN OF FOL DUMP AT SIGAR MIL STN UNDER GE 872 EWS

Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, trenches for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L gravel filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled, and blinded with earth and rammed including watering all as specified & directed.

M & L for hardcore of gauge n.exc 63 mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 (Nominal Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately)

&L for 40mm thick damp proff course to horizontal or vertical surfaces in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate including necessary formwork over and including 50 micron thick polythene film, laid on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 to 0.50 Kg per Sqm and applying a coat of blown type bitumen evenly at the rate of 1.50 Kg per square metre and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 Cum per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks of size 300x200x200mm or 300x200x100mm, having compressive strength of not less than 100 Kg/Sq Cm (As per IS-2185) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
