M&L Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and as directed.by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Treating the soil under plinth protection at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface area for complete all as specified and as directed.by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded agg as in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed.by Engr-in-Charge

S & F Glazed Vitrified coloured tiles 10 mm thick of any shade, polished area of each tile exc 0.42 sqm but not exc 1.00 Sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floors including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes and using spacer (3 to 4 mm ) and filling the gaps with coloured epoxy mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F Glazed Vitrified coloured tiles 10 mm thick of any shade, polished area of each tile exc 0.42 sqm but not exc 1.00 Sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in skirting/dado/ vertical surafces,including rendering of mortar 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and using spacer (3 to 4 mm )and filling the gaps with coloured epoxy mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M& L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with type PCC 1:3:6 mix type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

ML for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring including laying of kota stone slab in floor, tread, riser, using kota stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over and including 20 mm screed beb in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 mix, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, as in platforms, shelves etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel reinforcement TMT bars 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips
