SCHEDULE A CIVIL WORKS Cleaning of blockage of blocked Indian / European type water closet by manually/ pressure using pumps or by opening the inspection eye and cleaning etc till clear flow of water is observed and finally cleaning the water closet by flush of water etc. and cleaning of sewage line from P / S trap upto gully trap of first manhole and making the functionalcomplete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of blockage of blocked floor trap / nahani trap / vermin trap of wash hand basin / sink / bathroon / kitchen etc. and cleaning of sewage line from nahani trap/ floor trap upto gully trap of first manhole and making the functional with manually/ pressure using pumps complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage of sewer lines of any position , manholes in any type ( i.e. branch sewer line, main sewer line) and by attending the complaints for day to day maintenance in all days in a month except Sundays, Gazetted Holidays and National Holidays, by way of cleaning desludging foreign materials as well as rodding of sewer line from both sides between two adjecent manholes or from inspection chamber to manholes or from gully trap to inspection chamber or through inspection eye of any depth of manholes manually /mechnically or pumping out sewage from blocked manhole including desludging where required and ordered by EIC and keeping sewer line functional upto final drop/outlet into septaic tank, soakwell all as specified and directed for 100 mm dia of sewer pipe lines

All as per item No 3 here-in-before but for 150 mm dia of sewer pipe line complete all as directed.

Note for Item No 3 to 5 :- Unit rate quoted shall be demed to be included of cleaning of surbs, small grass roots etc around the manholes , inspection chambers and adjecent to the pipe lines cleaning etc and along the sewage lines wherever required or as directed

Taking out of sludge water and semi solid materials/sludge including other foreign materials from manholes of depth as mentioned below and removing & depositing in excavated pit within 50 m distance and allowing initial percolation of sludge water complete all as specified and as directed for the depth of manholes upto 1.50 m each

All as per item No 6 here-in-before but depth of manholes exceeding 1.50 m but not exceeding 3.00 m each

Excavtion and earthwork of pit for depositing sludge and providing two layer bamboo matting laid over the deposited sludge in the pit and covering the same with lime upto 30 cm thickness for not spreading unhygenic nuisance and measurement shall be taken after alowing intial percolation of sludge water.Taking up solid and liquid sludge shall be carried out by mechanically mean using sludge pump and not by any persons as per Govt statutory order.

M&L for Removing of blocked sludge wasted materials and cleaning the gully trap of kitchen and bath room and making it functional with manually/ pressure using pumps including buried the entire sludge into under ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removing of demolished material from work site complete all as specified.

Material and labour brickwork with fly ash brick old size, straight or curved on plan excd 6 M mean radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:4 for manholes etc complete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes,pier holes,etc. but not exceeding 10 sqm on plan getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning ,filling in , including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material ( soils) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick (10+5) in two layers on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions (WPC shall be apply in second layer and measured and paid separately) complete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified.

Demolition of Cement concrete ( reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforced cut to facilitate demolition complete including removing demolished material from work site all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete type M-25, Design Mix (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast manhole cover / gully trap cover slab set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified. Note : (i) Design Mix shall be as per approved Design Mix of CWE/CE's running contracts. (ii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of cost of form work. (iii) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item.

Material and labour for reinforcement Mild steel deformed or twisted bars ( TMT) 8/10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with MS clamp or laid in trenches complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured / digital printed of size (300 x 200 mm / 300 x 450 mm x 7 mm thick ) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. ( screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor ).

Supply and fixed in repairs of Vitreous China bowl urinal flat back, size of 465x355x265 mm White ( minimum) including providing and fixing plugs, bedding the urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement and providing grating and union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs vitreous China white Squatting pan ,'Orissa' pattern size 580 mm x 440 mm with integral footrests water closet) with 'P' or 'S' trap front or back inlet complete including lime concrete for bedding, connection to drain pipe and to flushing pipe , anti syphonage pipe etc complete all as specified.
