Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg / Sqm. Using mechanical means as pr Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision.)

Providing and laying Dence graded Bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydraostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level land alignment and rolling with smooth whelled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)60mm thick

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with bath type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher weith sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibtratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge weorks (4th Revision.). for 25mm thick

Cleaning nubbish, sludge, weeds scum, liquid earth, mud etc. from road side masonry drain nikashi etc. by mathor labour after removing concrete slab/ manhole cover etc. without damaging the same and re-fixing the same properly after cleaning as necessary and removing the sludge etc. by using iron pans, buckets including all labour, tools and plants including expulsion of impure/ inflammable/ asphyxiating gases from the drain etc. and removing the spoils in dry condition and disposing the same by truck beyond the area of municipal corporation/ municipality/ NAC/Industrial township authority etc. for such disposal including the cost of loading, unloading, transportation and making arrangement of necessary land for disposal, spreading and leveling as necessary etc. and cleaning the road side complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge, (Land for disposal to be arranged by the Contractor)(Payment will be made on the basis of actual stack measurement of spoils in dry condition at road side.

Cement Concrete of M-20 grade using 20 mm and down size hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including lowering, laying the concrete, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers including cost, conveyance, royalities & taxes of all mateirals & cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc all complete in all respect as per Direction of the Engineer in charge with C/S.

Supplying, fitting & placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and techinical specification with cost, conveyance of rod & binding, wire etc complete. including cost of materials labour complete .

6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) over RCC work finished smooth including close deep chipping and slurry treatment including watering & curring etc complete with cost, conveyance royalties & taxes of all materials & all labour with T & P required for the work etc. all complete in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge.

Conveyance of excavated materials by mechanical means within 5k.m. lead with loading and unloading..

Provision of photographs at different stage of execution of the work.

Supplying all materials T&P for laying Thermo-Plastic Boarder on road including cleaning with mechanical means as per specification and direction of department.

Provision of one no display board of 3ftx3ft size made of MS angle and plate.
