Cleaning of surface drain i/c disposal of sludge trough trolly or other arrangement toa specified place (in no cases it shall be on drain bankl) within a lead of 01 KM complete with all tools & plants as per instruction of EIC.muck Upto 300mm thick (Twice a month)

Cleaning and clearing of old choked sewer line of all dia with removal of earth cleaning of joints,cleaning of pipe line and making joints leak proof etc complete i/c disposal of sludge material oput side the colony with all lead and lifts.

Cleaning and clearing septic tank with desluddging the tank i/c removal of RCC slab and refixing the same as directed by EIC.

Removal and disposal of dead body of animals from colony with disposal of dead body into pit with adequate qty of salt and bleaching powder. as per Instruction of EIC A) Small animal like cat/dog/pig/ monkey etc.

Brooming and cleaning of all roads and open places within the colony premmisesas directed by the EIC i/c disposal of garbage collected during sweeping i/c costof all materials and labours complete

Cleaning clearing of rubbish materials leaves over roof slabs/ chajja and disposal of the same lead upto 50 mtrs at a place as directed by EIC.

Brick work with bricks of class designation 35 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse sand)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircase and spiral stair cases upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm and nominal size)

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Cold twisted bars.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing, laying and jointing glazed stoneware pipes class SP-1 with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:1 (1 cement : 1 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete :100 mm diameter
