M&L for complete removal of existing treatment form wall to make the surface free from dust, loose paint and loose plaster by scrapping manually / mechanically and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of old painted steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and making good with & including by necessary red lead putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old prepared surfaces of steel complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement mortar incl quoins, arches, etc but exceeding ashlar facing dressed stone Work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete including demolition of Brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etcall as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item Srl No. 5.00 here in before but except stone complete all as specifeid and directed.

Hammer dressing with a maximum depression from a straight edge held against the surface not exceeding 40mm dressing lime stone complete as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to Random Rubble or Polygonal rubble brought upto course masonary in CM 1:4 complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry/ concrete surface on wall and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
