Removing white wash or colour wash by steel wire brushing and/or scrapping sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete. Including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfacitno and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to plaster of 12mm to 20 patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer- In-Charge. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi surface paint to give an even shade two or more coat applied @0.90ltr/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.80ltr/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Polishing two coats with french polish on new wood and wood based sufaces to give an even suface enamel paint of approved design or its equalent on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including ceaning the surface of all dirt, dust, and other foreign matters and sand papering as required with paint complete as per HPPWD specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
