Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.50m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth; for foundations, etc. or not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.50m wide and exceeding 1.50 m but n exc 3m in depth for foundation, etc. or not exc 10 Sqm on plan and exc 1.5m not exceeding 3m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, excavated approved soil spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick each complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 100mm bore (Salt Glazed Stone Ware, AC or Reinforced concrete), set in cement mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L for UPVC (SWR) 110mm dia pipes for sewage line all as specified and directed. (UPVC pipe is to be laid in place of existing line of Stone glazed stone ware /AC or Reinforced concrete pipe)

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 160mm (Salt Glazed Stone Ware, AC or Reinforced concrete), set in cement mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 (WPC will be measured separately).

M&L for cleaning/desilting sewage line upto 150mm dia pipe including Manholes ,by roding etc. and subsequently bamboo spilt tied with rope through out the pipe from manhole to manhole and cleaning the pipe for easy flow of sewage including getting out solid/liquid materials from manholes of any size and any depth including flushing with fresh water after cleaning, taking up & refixing of manhole cover and removal of sewage out of MD land (Length of line will be measured including manholes) complete all as directed.

M&L for cleaning/desilting of sewage line exc 150mm dia but not exc 200mm dia pipe including Manholes, by roding etc. and subsequently bamboo spilt tied with rope through out the pipe from manhole to manhole and cleaning the pipe for easy flow of sewage including getting out solid/liquid materials from manholes of any size and any depth including flushing with fresh water after cleaning, taking up & refixing of manhole cover and removal of sewage out of MD land (Length of line will be measured including manholes) complete all as directed.

M&L for cleaning/desilting of sewage line exc 200mm dia but not exc 300mm dia pipe including Manholes, by using pumping, jetting, removal of sludge by super sucker etc or by any means ans subsequently cleaning the pipe from manhole to manhole for easy flow of sewage including getting out solid/liquid materials from manholes of any size, any shape and any depth (depth ranging from 4m to 6m) including flushing with fresh water after cleaning, taking up & refixing of manhole cover and removal of sewage out of MD land (Length of line will be measured including manholes) complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs salt-glazed stoneware gully trap of size 150 x 150mm, square or round mouthed, type 'P' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of gully trap covers, opening access door of CI fittings and cleaning bend/tee near gully trap and refixing the gully cover to its original position complete Note: Under this item daily complaints of WCs/Kitchens/Bathrooms including line blocking will be carried out.

M&L for opening cover, checking for atrocious gases, preparing necessary precautions, spreading, bleaching powder, taking out excreta, sludge, night soil etc. from existing septic tank, sewage under ground sump/ soak well / manholes any size, any shape, any dia and any depth by pumping water / sludge with suitable pump or by any means (super sucker) and removal of sludge out side MD land burried underground up to minimum 30cm below ground level including necessary excavation of pits and filling back soil all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete. (Note: this item shall be measured and paid for removal of precast MH cover, the unit rate shall be inclusive for removal of precast covers outside MD land).

S&F precast steel fibre reinforeced concrete drain covers, factory made in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with and including reinforcement of 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm c/c both ways including MS frame allaround at the edges of cover and handles 2 Nos for each cover made of 12mm dia MS round bar, set in CM 1:6 complete, thickness and sizes of covers shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
