NID-92- Improvement to Communication facility of Dhanua Right bank from RD 0.00 Mtr. to RD 850 Mtr.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling and trees girth up to 300 mm & removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 Meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated soil clear away from work site with all leads,lifts,delifts and dewatering including removing bushes,stumps and any other foreign materials from the working area as well as from the foundation trenches with cost of all materials,labour,T&P,hire and running charges of machinaries,welfare cess etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying of existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and depositing the scarified materials away from the working area with all lead, lift, delifts, cost of labour, cost of hire and running charges of all machineries, T and P, cost of fuel, lubricants, labour cess, taxes etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with good quality sand from approved quarry in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm in thickness well watered and rammed with cost,conveyance,royalty, labour, T&P,EMF,DMF,Additional charges of materials, cess etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing close graded Granular Sub-bale Grading-III materials as per table 400-1 sprading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desirsed density complate as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works ect.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. ( 4th. Revision) with all cost, carriage, royalty, labour, T&P, EMF,DMF, Additional charges of materials,cess etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including all cost, conveyance, royality, EMF, DMF, Additional charges of materials, taxes, labour cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for cleaning the granular base surface includind removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes to receive bituminous work including cost of all materials etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & apllying primer coat with bitumen using the emulsion on the prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface & applying primer @ 0.60 kg/sqm mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) includimng all cost,carriage,royalty, labour cess & taxes etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & apllying Tackcoat with bitumen using the emulsion pressure distributer @ 0.20kg/m2 on the prepared surface of bituminous /granular base cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) includimng all cost,carriage,royalty, labour cess & taxes etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying of Bitumen Macadam with hot mix plant using cushed aggregates of grading-II (19mm) premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 (packed) penetration grade of bitumen,transported to work site,laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with the sensor control to the required grade, level,allignment and rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause-504 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including all cost,carriage,royalty & taxes etc all complete as per direction of Providing & apllying Tackcoat with bitumen using the emulsion pressure distributer @ 0.20kg/m2 on the prepared surface of bituminous /granular base cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) includimng all cost,carriage,royalty, EMF, DMF, Additional charges & taxes etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
