Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as including getting out and disposal of directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil (For DC cleaning) Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation/banking excavated or stacked materials All kinds of soil.
Cleaning of silt/sand from Silt flushing tunnel of size (0.8Mx1.5m) by manual means and disposal of the silt at the outlet within a length of 296m.
Dewatering of underground construction sites including supply, installation and removal of pumping equipment from site.
Demolition above G.L. upto floor two level including materials within 20 metres lead. un-reinforced cement concrete more than 15cm. Thickness. Item 15.2.1
Random rubble masonry with hard stone in super structure above plinth level and upto floor five level including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 Sand : 12 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement :6 sand) at window sills, ceiling level and the like.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5: Sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work. Walls including attached buttresses, pilasters and thier caps and bases string courses etc. upto floor two level.
