Comprehensive maintenance of EOT Crane, of 5 ton capacity of bay length 30.0 metres, span 7.0 metres and height of lift 4.0 metres from floor level including monthly maintenance, load test (verticality test and deflection test) and maintenance of crane panel, thrusher brakes, electric motors, steel ropes, crane cabin, limit switches, all electrical and control cables, bus bars, gear oil, pendants along with push buttons etc., once in a month complete all as specified and as directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of EOT Crane, of 2 ton capacity of bay length 12.0 metres, span 4.0 metres and height of lift 4.0 metres from floor level including monthly maintenance, load test (verticality test and deflection test ) and maintenance of crane panel, thrusher brakes, electric motors, steel ropes, crane cabin, limit switches, all electrical and control cables, bus bars, gear oil, pendants along with push buttons etc., once in a month complete all as specified and as directed.

Comprehensive Maintenance of EOT Crane, of 1.5 ton capacity of bay lenth 15.0 metres, span 4.0 metres and height of lift 4.0 metres from floor level including monthly maintenance, load test (verticality test and deflection test ) and maintenance of crane panel, thrusher brakes, electric motors, steel ropes, crane cabin, limit switches, all electrical and control cables, bus bars, gear oil, pendants along with push buttons etc., once in a month complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM Nos. 1, 2 & 3 :- (a) Cost of bearings, fixed/finger contacts, spare kits for starters, renewal of unserviceable gears, greasing to wheel drum and the ropes, renewal of push buttons, limit switch, control panel fuse, thermal relay, under voltage relay, power contactors, internal wiring of LT panel board, interconnections of other miscellaneous spares not covered under the scope of work but required for complete satisfactory comprehensive maintenance of the crane except those listed below under Serial item Nos. 04 to 10 shall be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted. (b) Cost of repairs / testing such as load test with 10% extra load, thrusher brakes, rewinding of electric motors, steel ropes, control cables, gear oil will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ.

(c) Labour element of spares listed below as SUPPLY ONLY also deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (d) The contractor has to employ minimum one experienced and trained electrician having full knowledge on cranes and one helper to carry out the regular maintenance once in a month for smooth and effective functioning of Cranes and the cost deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

(e) Any complaints regarding breakdown will be attended with in 24 hours failing which an amount of Rs.522/per day for Electrician and Rs.370/per day for Helper as per rates circulated by Labour Commissioner will be deducted from the RAR due to the contractor. (f) Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintenance for EOT/HOT cranes under monthly maintenance. (g) Necessary tools & plants like ladder etc., required to attend the break down if any, shall be provided by the contractor and the cost is deemed to include in the unit rate quoted. (h) The contractor should submit the identity proof of Technician/Person visiting the site and also responsible for the integrity of the personnel attending the break down and monthly visits. (j) Full load test with 10% over load to be carried out once in the currency of the contract and the rates will be measured and paid under respective item accordingly. M & L for carrying out full load test (with 10% extra load) of EOT Crane, of 5 ton capacity including carrying out verticality test and deflection test in the presence of the user complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for carrying out full load test (with 10% extra load) of EOT Crane, of 2 ton capacity including carrying out verticality test and deflection test in the presence of the user complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for carrying out full load test (with 10% extra load) of EOT Crane, of 1.5 ton capacity including carrying out verticality test and deflection test in the presence of the user complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE FOR ITEM NOS. 4 ,5 & 6 :- (i) Cost of T&P required is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) Loads required for testing shall be arranged by the contractor and cost for the same is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iii) The contractor shall arrange the sealing with "O" ring and "D" shackles for connecting the loads and the cost deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. Disconnecting and removing the unserviceable steel rope and S & F new steel rope of suitable size / dia to match the existing system suitable for 5.0/2.0/1.5 ton capacity EOT cranes complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- USHA MARTIN.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable flexible trailing cable and S & F new PVC flexible trailing cable of size 24 core 0.75 Sqmm with multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade suitable for 5.0 / 2.0 / 1.5 ton capacity EOT cranes complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- FINOLEX / ORBIT / FINECAB.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable PVC flexible trailing cable S & F new PVC flexible trailing cable of size 3 core 2.5 Sqmm with multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade suitable for 5.0 / 2.0 / 1.5 ton capacity EOT cranes complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- FINOLEX / ORBIT / FINECAB.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable PVC flexible trailing cable S & F new PVC flexible trailing cable of size 4 core 1.0 Sqmm with multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade suitable for 5.0 / 2.0 / 1.5 ton capacity EOT cranes complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- FINOLEX / ORBIT / FINECAB.

Disconnecting and removing the unserviceable hydraulic thruster and S & F new main hoist hydraulic thruster brakes unit for 5.0 ton capacity EOT crane complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Speed O Control / Suni Cranes
