SPECIAL REPAIR TO OTM ACCN BLDG NO P-121C AT PRC RAMGARH CANTT

Demolition of plain cement concrete(un-reinforced) of any description and in any position of any thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish off from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) mix, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, including 10 mm wide, 75mm deep joints made at 3.00 m in length and filled with bitumen 85/25 grade and sand in the ratio 1:3 including necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed.

M& L 25mm thick for plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base/levelling of floor and finish rough surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick virtrified ceramic (Light shade) tiles polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick vitrified ceramic ( Light shade) tiles polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm , laid in vertical surface as in dado/skirting etc over & including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4,set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 375 mm x 250 mm x7mm/450 mm x 300 mm x7mm thick ,as in vertical surface such as dado/skirting etc ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the tiles, over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc., over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the all rubbish off from the premises upto 500mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mirror polish machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20mm -25 mm thick( size not less than 575 mm X 575 mm), laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing with beeswax polishing into mirror finish over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for 18 mm to 20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in one piece of tread of steps etc., ,laid and jointed with grey cement slurry pointed with cloured cement to match the shade of the slab including grinding rubbing & polishing with Beewax polish over and including 20 mm thick backing coat/screed bed in CM (1:4) etcincluding roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specifed & directed.
