Supply and installation of 62.5KVA/50 KW, Three phase Diesel Generating Set with CPCBII approved acoustic enclosure comprising of Cummins/Leyland/Greaves/Kirloskar/equivalent, Radiator Cooled Diesel engine 1500 RPM, complete with standard accessories Coupled to “Stamford/LS/equivalent”Alternator rated at 62.5 KVA/50KW at 415 Volts mounted on Channel Iron Base Frame complete with Fuel Tank,filled with full tank diesel, Standard manual Control System and Batteries with battery charger.The DG set should have warranty of 3 years from the date of installation.

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres. 14.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required. 14.7

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels. 14.12

Supply & laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1KV grade of the following sizes in the existing RCC/ HUME / STONE WARE/ GI/ DWC pipe as required.3.5 core70 sq mm. 90.12.5.30

Supply & laying of DWC pipe in ordinary soil 0.75m below ground level including excavation63/50 mm or nearest size. 90.12.10.3

Supply, laying and clamping of 1 no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable, 1.1 KV grade of the following sizes using clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60cms, making good the damages , colour washing etc. as required.3.5 core 70 sq mm with factory made clamp. 90.12.7.30

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.3.5X 70 sq. mm (38mm) (9.1.23)

Supply and installation of switch gear units in sheet steel enclosure arrangement of the following ratings on existing angle iron frame work or directly to wall using necessary bolts & nuts, fixing the unitto wall, making good the damages, colour washing etc. including giving necessary connections as required. 63 A, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC 23 A duty, 4 pole on-load change over switch.

Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/ devices & complying to IS 8623.<br>Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments will be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc.Supply and fabrication of MV panel board using 1.6mm CRCA sheet, powder coated (excluding base frame) (90.14.1.1)

Supply and providing 2mm thick SMC sheet as shrouding for bus interconnection/terminations etc. including required nut & bolt etc. (90.14.2.1)

Supply and providing heavy duty 'A' section neoprene gasket in the panel board 'A' section neoprene beeding suitable for 1.60/ 2.00 mm sheet. (90.14.3.1)

Supply and fabrication conveyance and installation of angle iron frame work for wall mounting panel board. (90.14.5)

Fabrication, supply & fixing main bus bar system and interconnections with electrolytic grade copper strips/rigid conductors conforming to IS1867 (with latest amend-ments) for bus bar arrangement with single strip per phase supported on finger type bus bar supports of adequate size,spacing between supports not exceeding 50 cm & overhang not exceeding 5cm including bending to shape, drilling holes, tinning the points of contacts, fixing heat shrinkable PVC sleeves,plated bolts and nuts with plate washers and spring washers, copper sockets for round conductors,etc. as required. Supply and providing copper earth bus in the panel board. (90.14.7)

Supply, conveyance and fixing the following types & current rated control gears & switchgears conforming to IS 13947 suitable for 440 V, 50 Hz, AC supply in the existing panel assembly as required.125A, 35/36 kA (Ics=100%Icu),4 pole, current limiting type MCCB with microprocessor based release with overload setting of 50 - 100% having adjustable OL & SC. Supply, conveyance and fixing the following types & current rated control gears & switch gears conforming to IS 13947 suitable for 440 V, 50 Hz, AC supply in the existing panel assembly as required.16 A-100A, 25/35 kA (Ics=100%Icu), 4 pole, current limiting type MCCB having thermal setting range of 80 - 100% with thermal magnetic release having adjustable OL. (90.14.10.4)

Supply and fixing rotary drive kit (including handle with door interlock defeat and pad lock facility) in the existing MCCB of rating up to 250A.(90.14.11.13)

Do - LED indicators for all voltage ranges - Red, Green, Black, Yellow or Orange Colour.
