Material and labour for servicing, overhauling, testing of 11 KV 6MVA Automatic voltage regulation unit and inspection of RQ Panel, regulator coil & carbon roller assembly and control circuit all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. (Note : (i) The maintenance work shall be carried out by authorised mechanic of Andrew Yule. (ii) Spare parts used for replacement shall be measured and paid under item No-02 to 05 of Sch A respectively. (iii) Rates for taking out/lifting of core with the help of crane and other T&P used for repair of AVR shall be deemed to include in quoted rates.

Supply, fixing and testing of carbon Roller Assembly suitable for 11 KV 6 MVA AVR all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of Limit switch suitable for 11 KV 6 MVA AVR all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of CLS contactor suitable for 11 KV 6 MVA AVR all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of time delay relay suitable for 11 KV 6 MVA AVR all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Battery 12V, 26 AH including connecting all battery as per existing at UPS of AVR complete with testing all as specified .

Supply and erecting in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole, 11 metre long, complete with mild steel base plate 6mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm, B-118 finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws, type 410 SP-55 including drilling of holes of required size and nuts for fixing of cross arms, painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting five black and white bands at lower portion of pole each of 300 mm height at 300mm spacing including taking down of old unsv RCC poles complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work and PCC in foundation of poles, coping etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch 'A').

Supply and fixing pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for working pressure 11000 Volts grade of HT line including taking down existing cracked/unserviceable pin type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing disc type insulators, porcelain vitreous white brown or green, 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, two-in-series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor having working pressure 11000 Volts including taking down existing cracked/unserviceable disc type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old U/S GO switch any type and size from HT 2/4 poles structures.

Supply and fixing for Gang operated switch outdoor type 11000 Volts, 200 Amp capacity tripple pole machenically operated suitable for operation from ground level and for vertical mounting complete with HT insulators 12 Nos. with dropout fuse set, channel, knife blades, GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia for operating mechanism worked from ground level , locking arrangement with handle all as specified.

Dismantling / Taking down old unserviceable lightning arrestor 11 KV from HT 2/4 poles structures.

Material and labour for HT 11 KV lightening arrestor expulsion type having discharge capacity of 65 KA, suitable for 11 KV HT line includng making connection with existing GI earth wire.

Supply and fixingin replacement of earthing strip 25x3.15 mm aluminium fixed on porceline insulators to wall/pole/buried in ground /drawn in pipe complete.

Dismantling U/S any size of cross arms from pole /structures/anti-climbing device etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for MS work confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O as in cross arms, support, bracings, stiffeners, clamps channels fabricated from structural steel including nuts, bolts and washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size all as directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coating of red oxide primer all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out/down from trenches/floors/roads/ wall/ pipe/ pole, old unserviceable HT cable any type and size all as speccified and as directed.

Supply, laying in trenches, testing and commisioning XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (earthed) grade having cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles and stay/installation paths complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in coping of poles and the like complete including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles and stay/installation paths complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, erection of poles,struts, stays etc and getting out all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per serial item No 24.00 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3 metre

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each , filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles,stays,struts hane been erected and tested complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, including spreading and levelling complete all as speccified.

Material and labour for laying in trenches burnt brick sub class 'B' for cable protection laid adjacent to each other length wise perpendicular to the central axis of cable complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class HV, Type I, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out from trenches/floors/road/wall/pipe/pole LT cable of any size/description and removing from site incl making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface all as directed.

Supply & laying of LT UG cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty elect cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross section area 185 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ fixing on panels/walls/poles or passing through pipe including connecting with suitable lugs, glands, nuts and bolts and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Cable joint shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth work if required shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fixing for rolled section joist , chaneel angle or tee sections, fixed independently without connection plated etc ( cut of ordinary lengths i.e within 20 mm of the length indicated conforming to FE 410 Gde E-250 quality A.

Preparing of New steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of black bituminous caot over a coat of red oxide primer.

Supply and fixing for mild steel screw bolts (machine made )with hexagaonal or square headsat one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n exc 5cm long dia of shank diameter of neck in 5 to 10mm.
