S & F of 15 mm thick fine fissured board shapped mineral fibre accoustic false ceiling tiles with back side duly sanded and finished with a coat of protective paint and front duly finished of size 595 X 595 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs anodised aluminium snap grid frame work, size of grid 605 mm X 605 mm for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5 mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing given on MES schedule Part – II (2010) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 5 mm thick and 35 mm wide PVC sheet fillet for fixing of wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing given on MES schedule Part – II (2010) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick machine cut black granite stone slab as in floor, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the slab including necessary cutting, grinding, rubbing, polishing rounding to exposed edges with and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rubber moulded glossy finish coloured pre-cast cement concrete chequered tiles with grey cement and pigment, size 300 mm X 300 mm X 25 mm thick as in floors, set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 60 mm thick rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver block glossy finish as in floors, set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed pigment to match the shade of tile over and including 50 mm thick sand coushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and re-fixing of sliding door shutters of hanger or side hung shutters of garages including carrying out necessary repairing, straightening of curved / bend hanger door leaf, cutting / re-welding of main channel, pressing / grinding joining of hanger door leaf, repair to bottom tracks through levelling of track rails or replacing the bottom rails if required, cutting PCC floors and stopper of each hanger door leaf for smooth running of hanger doors, area of door opening exc. 50 Sqm but not exc. 100 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 19.00 hereinbefore but area of door opening not exc. 50 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed. NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 19.00 AND 20.00: - GI sheet, mild steel rail and other mild steel sections as required shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items of this schedule as "Supply Only".

Dismantling and re-fixing of old steel rolling shutters / collapsible shutters of various sizes area not exc. 25.00 Sqm each, in same opening after carrying out repair / replacement of parts by welding or bolting including greasing, oiling for smooth running of shutters complete all as specified and directed. Supply only 0.63 mm thick galvanized corrugated iron (CGI) sheeting with two corrugation side lap using grade ‘O’ sheets having zinc coating @ 120 gram per sqm inclusive of both sides as in repair work of hanger door shutter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only rolled mild steel framed work conforming to Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) quality A, as in main horizontal, vertical sections, bracing plate at bottom for wheel fixing, framed structure, other connecting plates and the like after making these members perfactly straight and alingned suitable for hanger doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other door covering etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging as in repair work of hanger door shutter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel, tie bars with screwed ends, nuts, washers and mild steel plates for walls, chimney, roof, arches etc king rods and straining boards confirming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 as in repair work of hanger door shutter complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of steel work as in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161(1979) grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 75 mm thick plain cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 75 mm thik plain cement concrete, type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstanding, apron and the like with and including necessary form work as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for finishing the surface of concrete roads, pavements and the like by brooming complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid to slop of 1:12, finished surface even and fair without using extra cement with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where directed and providing 6 mm wide joints through out the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three part of fine sand by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete masonry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - WATER PROOFING COMPOUND SHALL BE MEASURED AND PAID SEPARATELY AS 'SUPPLY ONLY'.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surfaces with cement mortar 1:6 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly-ash old size bricks having designation 75 conforming to IS-12894 (2002), straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a thin layer (Average 1 mm thick) wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered previously untreated surfaces of walls of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of exterior grade acrylic emulsion paint as throughout base coat of olive green colour over a coat of primer and two coats of additional exterior grade acrylic emulsion paint as in patches of different colours for making camouflage pattern as directed at site as per existing pattern complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of corrugated or semi corrugated sheets any description as in roof covering or any other position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 4.80 mm thick tinted or reflective type sheet glass glazing to aluminium door, window and the like in square exc. 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 3 mm thick plain, ordinary quality sheet glass and glazing with oil putty or fixed with wooden beads in square not exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane at any height complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board, exterior grade, pre-laminated both sides with decorative choice lamination and fixed with screws / aluminium beading to aluminium frame complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - Aluminium beading and rubber gasket shall be measured and paid seperately.

Repairing to Aluminium door / window shutters sliding / side hung type not exc. 3.00 Sqm each by means of carrying out necessary repairing work by removing the shutter and tightening screws / replacing defective members / glass / beading etc. and fixing the shutter in proper serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed.
