REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF HANGER DOORS, ROOF SHEET, CGI/PGI SHEET, EAVES BOARDS AND ROOF PAINTING WORKS AT AFS KUMBHIRGRAM

Demolition of concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:1.5:3 type A1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in base of rails,filing, edging of pathway and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Cement concrete in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing set of bottom Rollers (one set consist two rollers) by cutting, welding, lifting with jack and Supply and fixing new set of wheel assembly for bottom including bearing (SKF make) and other sections support suitable to enable movement of each shutter by applicaiton of 100 Kgf at 1.6m height from the floor, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Force is to be measure before approval of AGE(I) (ii) Roller and wheel assembly joint shall be designed for wind and other loads for Kumbhirgram area and fixed to shutter with minimum 06 number of SS nut,bolts and spring washers of suitable dia and class for long term smooth maintenance free functioning. (iii) The rollers shall be made with high tensile steel element fitted with roller wheels having high performance sealed roller.The roller wheel diameter shall not less than 200mm. (iv) The bottom wheel shall be made of high tensile sheet machined with high precession fitted with heat resistant sealed bearings, the wheel diameter shall not less than 200mm and the shaft shall also be not less than 40mm.

Removing of old bottom rail by cutting the existing concrete and supply and fix new rail section as per suitable for hanger door roller, fixing the rail with proper hold fast including base plate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Hangar gate of size 9.50 Mtrs wide and 10 Mtrs height , proper allignment of the complete structure by cutting , welding and replacing damaged Mild Steel sections and complete greasing of all doors for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of PVC Eaves board size 250 mm x 18 mm thick, over lapping with solvent cement and fixing by stainless steel screw, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of GI (corrugated, semi-corrugated) sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Except sheeting (any thicness) Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed
