Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed upto all leads and lifts.

Providing & laying cement concrete work 1:4:8 (1cement: 4sand: 8graded stone aggregate 25mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation above ground level in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 6sand) 2nd. Class bricks upto all height.

Half brick masonry in comman burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4 sand) 2nd class bricks

15mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone/ concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4sand) and finishing with floating coat of neat cement slurry.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand:4graded stone agregate 20mm nominal size ) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 50mm thick.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and cenetering below support floor to ceiling in a height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforce concrete work and plain concrete work in :- a) Flat surfaces such as sofits of suspended floors, roofs landing edges of slabs etc.

Providing & laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work . a) (a)suspended floors, roofs, Lintels, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in postion complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing fiber RCC manhole cover with frame of 560mm dia (heavy duty) total weight of frame and cover to be not less than 182Kg.(weight of cover 80Kg. And weight of frame 102 Kg).

Providing 200mm wide cast iron rungs with chequred or ribbed non slip surface i/c fixing in manhole with 200mm x 200mm x 100mm cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregates 20mm nominal size).

Supplying and laying brick bats.

Providing and laying H.D.P.E ( high density polethene pipe) with ISI 4984-1995 as amended upto date) with 300 mm nominal dia and pressure rating PNG including jointing with machine jointing and testing complete in all respect.

Constructing manhole with RCC top slab in 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) foundation concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4sand: 8graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) inside plastering 15mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) finished smooth complete including curing complete and testing. (i) Inside size 1200 x 900mm and 2000mm deep including CI cover and frame medium duty 500mm internal dia total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 116kg. (weight of cover 58 Kg. and weight of frame 58Kg.). With 300mm thick walls of brick masonary using common brunt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement :3 Sand).
