Supply installation testing and commissioning of 82.5 KVA,3Phase,415V, Diesel Generator Set with CPCB-IV+ approved acoustic enclosure comprising of liquid Cooled Diesel engine 1500 RPM, complete with standard accessories,coupled to alternator with 82.5kVA at 415 Volts, Three phase, 50Hz mounted on Channel/integral Base Frame complete with Fuel Tank ,Batteries , battery charger , Auto Start Auto Stop Control panel. The generator control panel with necessary breakers(MCCB), ammeters, voltmeter, energy meter, relays ,Remote monitoring unit and other accessories as per the standard including provision of Energization/sanction certificate from Electrical inspectorate for commissioning <br><br>

Earthing

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earthelectrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required.(Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Cable and End termination

Supply & laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1KV grade of the following sizes in the existing RCC/ HUME / STONE WARE/ GI/ DWC pipe as required.3.5 core 95 sq mm

Supply, laying and clamping of 1 no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable, 1.1 KV grade of the following sizes using clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60cms, making good the damages , colour washing etc. as required.3.5 core 95 sq mm

Supply & laying of DWC pipe in ordinary soil 0.75m below ground level including excavation110/94 mm or nearest size

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.3 1/2X 95 sq. mm (45mm)
