NOTE :The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum/ amendments and General conditions of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. 2. It is highlighted that the cretin condition of General Condition Of Contracts (IAFW-2249) has been modified as direction of MOD i.e inclusion of performance security, deletion of risk & cost provisions and increase in defects liability period all as specified in tender document. 3. In case the overall quoted rates are less than to the overall minimum wages as mention in SCh 'A' notes and such quoted bid shall be consider as a non-bonafide bids and same shall be rejected during financial evaluation. The tenderers should keep in mind while quoting their offer. However contractor/bidder shall not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever for rejection of financial bids.

Outsourcing of 08 hrs Refrigerator Mechanics(Skilled) service per day per month including reliver on Sundays & holidays for day to day operation of central AC plant installation and entire system/equipments including all equipment/machinery etc one shift per day per month including reliever on Sundays & holidays for day to day operation of ceritain AC plant installation at GE(FW) as per direction of Engg-in-Charge’s/GE and daily house keeping maintenance of plant area and daily maintenance of necessary records & documents all as specified here-in-after:- Qty- {02 no Refrigerator Mechanics(Skilled) x 03 shifts ( Morning , Evening & Night Shift) x 02 nos AC Plant +02 no Refrigerator Mechanics(Skilled) x 02 shifts ( Morning , Evening Shift) x 02 nos AC Plant +02 no Refrigerator Mechanics(Skilled) x 01 shift ( Morning Shift) x 01 no AC Plant} x11 Month =242 Each calendar month per 08 hours service(per shift).

Note :-(i) Unit rate shall be quoted one AC operator(Refrigerator Mechanics) per 08 hour service per Day for one calendar month including reliver on sundays / holidays. (ii) The term & condition as specified in Sch 'A' Note & PS of tender document. Accordingly bidder should quoting their offer. (iii) The quoted rate of above items shall deemed to be included payment of wages, EPF/ESI payment to AC operator as per term & condition of Sch A note. Accordingly bidder shall quote their offer. (iv) AC operator(Refrigerator Mechanics) shall maintain temperature of AC plants as per direction of AGE or his rep within design limit as specified in PS. (v) AC operator(Refrigerator Mechanics) shall be available with AC plant as per the shift timings specified in the tender here-in-after. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery rate as mention here-in-after. (vi) Contractor has to provide all necessary tools for general maintenance and check up and two sets of uniform to every employee, one No first aid box, cotton waste, wipping clothes to each Installation under contract schedule, required log sheets for noting down daily readings and sweeping instruments and the cost thereof deemed to be included in the quoted rate. The time schedule for shifts as mention in PS Detail Location:-(A) Central AC plant 3 x 45 TR at Signal Centre Unit with following equipment { 02 no Refrigerator Mechanics(Skilled) x 02shifts ( Morning , Evening Shift) }:- (i) Screw type Chiller unit 3 x 45 TR alongwith compressor, evaporator, condensor including allied equipments and sub-assemblies (02 working + 01 standby) (ii) LT control panel with accessories (iii) 3 x Condensor Water Pump (02 working + 01 standby) (iv) 3 x Chiller Water Pump (02 working + 01 standby) (v) 2 x Cooling tower (01 working + 01 standby) alongwith operating valves and pipe line (vi) Chilled Water pipe line and Make up Water tanks at roof top

(B) Central AC plant 2X 61 TR at Auditorium with following equipment { 02 no Refrigerator Mechanics(Skilled) x 03 shifts ( Morning , Evening & Night Shift) }:- (i) Screw type Chiller unit 2 x 61 TR alongwith compressor, evaporator, condensor including allied equipments and sub-assemblies (01 working + 01 standby) (ii) LT control panel with accessories (iii) 2 x Condensor Water Pump (01 working + 01 standby) (iv) 2 x Chiller Water Pump (01 working + 01 standby) (v) 1 x Cooling tower (01 working) alongwith operating valves and pipe line (vi) Chilled Water pipe line and Make up Water tanks at roof top (C) VRF AC Pant of 2x28 TR at ADV HQ IAF with following equipment { 02 no Refrigerator Mechanics(Skilled) x 03 shifts ( Morning , Evening & Night Shift) }:- (i) Air Cooled Inverter based VRF Outdoor Units 28 TR with DC Twin Scroll inverter Compressor (02 working) (ii) LT control panel with accessories.
