Cadastal land surevy, collection of land documents, identification owner verification, joint measurement, preparation of land acquisition plan and associated works in connection with the work of Bangalore Suburban Railwy project in and around Bangalore City

For any land within the proposed Sub-urban Railway / existing Railway boundary of railway tracks / yards / stations / circulating areas / railway colonies / any other existing Railway properties. Carrying out Cadastal land survey and collection of all land documents and complete associated details etc. from all concerned departments of Govt. of India, Govt. of Karnataka and any other concerned offces of PSU / Gram Panchayat / any other agency; Identification oif affected survey numbers and affected land owner; verification of land records in the field; arranging , facilitating, and attending Joint Measurement of affected area with the officials of Revenue Dept. ; Marking of affected arae with different colours on Revenue maps; superimposition and plotting of revenue maps on Railway land maps and concerned Rvenue officers; Preparation and submission (soft copy and 5 Nos. of hard copes) of land acqusition palns and schedules in the format aproved by the competent aothority and as per the terms and conditions of the contract and any repetative work in this regard. Notes : 1) The land documents to be collected include Revenue maps, Atlas, Tippani, Akarband, RTC, extent of Railway Land, requirement of Land dor Suburban Railway Project etc. from the offices of concerned authorities of revenue / railwats / RITES / any other organization. 2) The details of all structures in the affected area shall be mentioned in the schedules.; 3) The rate includes the cost pf all stationery and associated costs etc.
