Taking out and cleaning of existing roof treatment of any description by wire brushing and cleaning top surface with water and remove the rubbish to outside MD land etc. and brushing with neat cement slurry at 3 Kg per sqm on concrete surfaces. M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof APP modified prefabricated five layer membrane of 4mm thick and weight not less than 4.00 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt reinforcement 160g/sqm (weighing not less than 160gms/sqm) having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 800N/Sqcm tearing strength of 180Nm by torch application over a solvent based bitumen primer, Shalitex primer @ 0.20 Kg per Sqm of same manufacturere conf to IS 3384-1986. Membrane shall be laid including minimum 7.5cm side overlap and 10cm end lap. All cracks in roof shall be filled with cement putty using suitable bonding agent (Shalocrete 42) before laying cement plaster all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding to achieve required slope and thickness, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound all as specified and directed. Note Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 all as specified and directed.

Supply only Water proofing compound

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity 1000 liters, lowering for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

S&F Doctor fixit pidifin 2k high performance 2 component flexible providing and laying water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WC,bathroom etc by applying cement slurry mixed with two components elasomeric acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composited compound coating of make Dr Fixit, pidilite or equivalant as follows :- (a) Applying Ist layer of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composited compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @0.242 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composited compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours (c) Providing 20mm thick cement screed 1:4 mixed with water proofing liquid as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of Water proofing liquid should be included in the rate.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:5:10),type E2 using 40mm graded trap stone aggregate as in foundation, filling including necessary form work all as specified and directed

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing),removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises all as directed.
