Supply Delivery and Fixing of CI Pipes and Charges for Dismantling and Removal of Existing Old Vertical Turbine (VT) Pump sets along with all associated accessories at Nalla Channel DP Station in RMC. (Under General Fund/Pushkaram Funds)

Charges for Dismantling and removal of existing Vertical Turbine (VT) Pump sets along with motors, pump shafts, column pipes, discharge bends, couplings, foundation bolts and all associated accessories at Nalla Channel DP Station, including engaging required skilled and unskilled labour, tools & tackles, chain pulley blocks, hydra crane, lifting equipment and machinery. The dismantled materials shall be carefully shifted outside the pump house, loaded into tipper/transport vehicle, transported to Municipal Store near Head Water Works, unloaded and stacked at the designated location as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes all labour charges, machinery hire charges, loading, unloading, transportation, safety arrangements, supervision, incidentals, taxes and all leads and lifts complete.( Excluding Hydra Crane Charges)

Engaging 16 Tonnes Capacity Hydraulic Truck Crane with long length boom on hire basis including hire charges, fuel charges, crew charges and all operational, incidental charges etc., complete as directed by the site engineer.

MS Fabrication works with Mild steel, Structural steel, i.e., angles, channels & I-sections Etc., Labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works like Trusses, Stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders including cost of all materials, conveyance to the work spot and all labour charges welding cutting, bending, painting with redoxide paint and all fabrication charges etc. complete as per S.S and as directed by the departmental authorities.

Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of Cast Iron Pipes and Fittings (spls.) Conforming to IS. No. 7181/1986, 5531/1988, 3950/1979 and C.I.D Joints confirming to is No.8794/1988 at site of work anywhere in A.P. Including, loading, unloading, transportation to site of work stacking at site transit risk and package etc., complete as directed by the site engineer.

Manufacture, supply, delivery and fixing of required M.S. fabricated pipe and specials (Bends, Tees and Reducers etc.) required size M.S. sheet as per IS-1161 and providing redoxide paint and anticorrosion paint two coats including cost of all materials conveyance to work spot fixing in position and all labour charges, fabrication charges cost of welding rods power charges etc. complete as per the instructions of the Departmental Authorities.

Supply and Delivery of Bolts and Nuts with Double Washers of approved standard make including cost and conveyance of all materials to work spot etc., complete as directed by the site engineer. (1/2" TO 1")
