GES/PKT/03/2026-27 PROVN OF 100 X GEYSERS AT JCOS/OR MD ACCN OF RR COMPLEX AND TARAPORE COMPLEX OF FOD UNDER GE SOUTH PATHANKOT

Supply and installing of the electric water storage heater of ABS body type of 25 ltr capacity with rated power 2 KW, 5 star rated, vertical type, thermally insulated mild steel tank with glass line coating inside the tank alongwith glass lined incoloy heating element with anti corrosive magnesium anode, NRV, thermostat, indicators and temperature adjustable knob including steel braided flexible connection for pipe of size 15 mm dia bore with GI hexagonal adopters/Nuts on the both sides for inlet (cold water supply) & outlet (hot water supply) and including provision of wall mounting arrangement and mounding wall with suitable size of anchor bolts with complete connection of water including testing after installation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two run of single core PVC insulated (unsheathed) multi strand copper conductor FRLS cable of size 4 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated (unsheathed) solid copper conductor FRLS cable of size 4 sqmm as in continuous earth wire drawn into and including concealed PVC conduit medium grade 20mm dia ISI marked complete with fittings and fixings accessories complete and including cutting chases on wall for concealing of conduit, pinning in making good to facing and pointing in using cement mortar 1:3 and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI tubing (ISI Marked) for medium grade 15mm bore fixed on floor/wall and concealed under wall complete including all the necessary fittings to hold the pipe along the wall like hook, bolts etc. incl drilling/cutting hole of suitable size on wall for passing through the GI tubing and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stop valve/ angle valve (ISI marked), 15mm dia, cast copper alloy, chromium plated fancy type screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions and fixed in pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair bib taps, fancy type, chromium plated, cast copper alloy ISI marked with crutch or butter fly handle high pressure screwed down screwed for iron pipe of 15mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Kitchen Sink Mixer with Swivel Casted Spout wall mounted heavy duty polished bright cast copper alloy chromium plated of dia 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the tarmac / hard standings and excavating in trenches across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:3:6, type C1 matching with the surroundings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of rating 32Amps with breaking cap 10kA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting including screwing existing steel tubing for alternation or addition incl Tee/Nipple upto 25-32mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material, labour , testing & commissioning of cable end termination in door/out door, heat shrinkable type suitable for XLPE/ PVC cables of size 10 Sqmm to 25 sqmm 3½ or 4 core with working voltage 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.
