Dismantling Reinforced cement concrete

Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within all lead.

Reinforced cement concrete M-20 mechanically batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in superstructure.

Cement concrete 1:6:12 With stone aggregate 40mm gauge mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc. ISI Marked) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete having span:- Up to 15.00 Mtr. Span

Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paints in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surface to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint.

Earth filling under floors with surplus ordinary soil or soil containing gravel or kankar upto 40% taken only from outside the premises laying in plinth in 15 cm layers including ramming, watering and consolidating including all leads.

Conglomerate floor 50mm thick cement concrete rete 1:2:4 on 100mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 with stone aggregate 40mm gauge and 100 mm fine sand filling using mechanical mixer for mixing of material

Providing and fixing Grass Matt high density with Chemical Adhesive complete in all respects and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing Fabric Matt complete in all respects and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing of Galvanised Steel Chain Linked fencing fabric with both end of Fabric knoked of Mesh size 100+-5mm, Nomial dia os Mesh wire 4 mm, wire 4.5mm complete in all respects and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing Net for covering of ground (waved polyster this threades) complete in all respects and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and erection of LED Flood Light 120 watt, AC Supply voltage 140-270 volts, 50Hz+-3% (including BIS certified potted single driver with screen or laser printing logo LED driver) with pressure die cast or extruded luminium housing with control gear (IP 66 protection), THD<10%, CRI minimum 70, High power LED (with wattage 1 to 5 watt) with mandatory secondary lenses, toughtned glass fitting, 4 KV SPD within driver and 10 KV external SPD, Min 1K07, efficacy of LED fixture minimum 120 lumens per watt, 5 year warranty including their drivers coomplete in all respects as approved and desired by the Engineer-in-charge at site. LED Fittings as per specifications approved by Hon'ble Technical Advisor to Punjab Govt. vide Letter ION No. AT/2021/GL/1400-1422 dated 6/05/2021. Besides this the lighting fixtures manufacturers should have in house NABL accredited lab.
