Construction of Godown at Semla Farm in Nabarangpur District

Excavation of foundation in hard soil within 50m intial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and leveling as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 4 cm size hard granite metal in foundation and plinth.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm size crusher broken hard granite chips.

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks 23 cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8 percent in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth per cum.

RCC work M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusherbroken)stone chips including hoisting and laying including centering and shuttering etc. complete.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials complete in ground floor

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks 23 cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8 percent in cement mortar 1:6 in superstructure per cum.

2.5cm.grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab using 6mm.size CBHG chips on new work

6mm thick cement plaster in C.M(1:4) RCC surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chiping and slury treatment.

16mm thick cement plaster in C.M(1:6) over brick work inside

12mm thick cement plaster in C.M(1:6)over brick work out side Plaster

Priming 1 coat with any approved Primer

Finishing walls with Distemper paint of approved shade on new work to give even shade 2 coats inside

Fitting Kota tiles in floors,treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar(1:1) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pig ments including cost of tiles

Fitting Kota tiles in dadoes skirting and riser of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster(1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles including rubbing &polishing complete including cost of tiles

Supplying and fixing of MS window grill and grill gate including cost of fabrication and cost, conveyance, taxes etc. complete.

Priming one coat with any approved red oxide over iron work

Painting 2coats with any approved iron paint on new iron work.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated materials.

Internal Electrification

Recessed wiring to light point / fan point / exhaust fan point / call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor of ISI marked with 20 mm dia non-metalic PVC flexible conduit with 5 Amp, 250 V modular type switch ISI marked and ceiling rose ISI marked mounted on MS box having front modular cover of suitable size , MS modular box with 1.0 sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor as earth wire including all accesories and connection as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Installation,TestingandCommissioning of pre-wired fluorescent fiiting /compact fluorescent fitting of all sizes complete with all accessories and tube etc. directly on ceiling wall, including connection with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor and earthing as required. Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto30cm) with1.5sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductoretc. including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet steet cover on the fan box etc as required.

Installation,Testing and Commissioning of resistance type ceiling fan regulator, in existing switch box including connection with 1.5sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor,earthing the regulator as required.

Extra for cutting and threading of G.I. pipe, heavy gauge down rod, for ceiling fan etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of following capacity TP& N disconnector fuse switch unit inside existing cubical panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubical pannel, making connection etc as required.

Supply and fixing of single pole MCB with sheet steel enclosure, distribution board, on surface / recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, phosphate and powder painted including earthing etc. as required ( But with out MCB/ RCCB/ ISOLATOR) (4 WAY, SINGLE DOOR)
