Sub Estimate No.1 :-M & R to Roads … Housekeeping of area. Sweeping of road carriage way mechanically, footpath & central verge manually every alternate day in a month and open land width four times in a month including removing weeds, shrubs garbage in land width of roads including disposing off the garbage outside the area & cleaning storm water, drainage line including all labour, tools and plants, cleaning material required for job etc. The road surface shall be cleaned by the mechanical sweeping machine and the footpath, central verge and the balance land width portion shall be cleaned by manually with brooms.Kerb stone of central verge and footpath shall be wash with using water, cloth/duster to make it clean etc. complete.(Rate excluding GST).

Collection of garbage from road side & kundies in MIDC area, conveyance by truck upto disposal point as directed including all leads & lifts,loading, unloading, spreading levelling, disposing etc. complete. (Rates excluding GST)

Cleaning of chambers provided below the portion of Flyover bridge for drainage of storm water along flyover & waterspouts along fly-over @ Wakad junction including cleaning of bridge, its parapet wall, removing deposited waste with all labours , materials with safety measures once in a month as directed by Engineer-in-charge. parapet wall of the bridge shall be wash with using water, cloth/duster to make it clean (Rate excluding GST).

Supply of JCB on hire basis for miscelleneous works etc as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including driver & consumables etc.complete.(Rate excluding GST)

Supply of Dumpers 6.0 m3 capacity on hire basis including driver, fuel, all consumables, maintenance etc. complete(Rate excluding GST).

Cutting of branches of trees and shrubs from the roadway or within R.O.W. including disposal of wood and leaves to suitable location etc. complete(Rate excluding GST).

Spreading hard murum/ soft murrum/ gravel or kankar for side width . complete.(Rates excluding GST )

Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with vibratory roller including artificial watering etc. complete. (Rates excluding GST)

Providing and laying Cast in situ/ Ready Mix cement concrete in M20 of trap /granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for steps including steel centering, formwork, laying/ pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honey combed surface and curing etc.complete.Th eCement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honey combed surface,only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic,tarpaulinetc.(Wooden centering will not be allowed.), with fully automatic microprocessor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible DrumType mixer /concrete Batch mix plant(Panmixer)etc.complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

Sub Estimate No.2:- M & R to Drainage collection & disposal system. Providing services for maintenance work , routine cleaning & removing chock up of sewage collection lines of various diameters and chambers of sewage collection system including attending eventual works of choke up with necessary tools & equipments, safety measures as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc. (Rate excluding GST).
