Annual maintenance and operation of the fire Hydrant, fire sprinkler and fire alarm system of Terminal building , Technical Block & Nav-AID installations incuding Jockey pump, Main hydrant pump, diesel engine- pump set, Fire pump control panel, all types of valves, other related hydrant system, fire control panel, Zone distribution panel, smoke & heat detectors, hooters, speakers, related PA system, other alarming accessories etc. The following minimum manpower to be deployed by the contractor:- (a) Skilled - 2 Nos. (b) Un-skilled - 2 Nos. Note: The weekly off for all worker is mandatory.
Painting of fire hydrant lines, Hydrant boxes etc., with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer of Fire red colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge complete as required.
Supply of Optical Smoke Detector with remote LED output + base, blinking LED - LPCB approved. (Make: Apollo, Model: Series-65. or equivalent)
Supply Auto dialer, 20 nos. dialing facility, 1 message for fire and 1 message for fault, 12V, ABS housing with GSM features. (Make: Agni Devices , Model:AD-01-24v-GSM or equivalent )
Supply of 04 zone Main Control Panel with 2x16 character LCD display, power supply, battery charger, battery housing. (Make Agni Device, Model No. Oriel 4z or equivalent ).
Supply of 02 zone Main Control Panel with 2x16 character LCD display, power supply, battery charger, battery housing. (Make: Agni Device , Model No. Orion 2z or equivalent).
Supply of 12V, 7AH SMF battery suitable for UPS/Fire Control Panel.(Make: Exide or equivalent)
