Carring out comprehensive routine, preventive and break down maintenance of Split Air Conditioner units per annum as per the scope of work mentioned in the contract.

Carring out comprehensive routine, preventive and break down maintenance of Ductable Split Air Conditioner units per annum as per the scope of work mentioned in the contract.

Carring out comprehensive routine, preventive and break down maintenance of Cassette type Split Air Conditioner units per annum as per the scope of work mensioned in the contract.

Dismantling of the split AC units of capacity upto 2TR without any defects as per the specifications and directions of engineer in-charge.

Installation of the AC units(IDU and ODU) of following capacities without any defects etc; including the charging of refigerent gas with other necessary fixing arrangements etc to complete as per the specifications and directions of engineer in-charge.(The AC units will be supplied by IISER on free of cost)

Supply, laying and fixing of copper refrigerant pipes wherever necessary with insulation, pipe wrapping tape (white) and power/control cables for Split AC as per the specifications.

Refrigerant piping(Suction & discharge) drawn from hard drawn copper tube of suitable sizes for 5.5TR capacity ductable split A/C units, with copper elbows, tees, necessary hardware for installation etc. with thermal insulation covering,suitable interconnecting cable etc as required for above ceiling suspended units.

Supply, laying and fixing

Laying and fixing only(copper pipe issued by department on free of cost)

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, synthetic canvas supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

Site fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular ducting as per IS 655-2006 for 0.63mm thick

Supplying and fixing of 19mm thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class “O”) insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required.

Supply and laying of 32 mm dia PVC drain piping of 4 kg /cm2 rating complete Insulation (6mm Nitrile Rubber), supports, fittings like elbow, tee joints, screws, clamps etc.

Supply and fixing acoustic lining with 15 mm thick open cell Nitrile foam with antimicrobial property and self adhesive on the inner side of ducting as required.
