Providing 4mm thick multilayer pypokote insulation coating and wrapping materials for underground MS pipes as per specification and as required

Painting (two or more coats) of the Fire Hydrant Pipe Line and fittings with synthetic red enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture over a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Supply and fixing of single headed, gunmetal hydrant valve, oblique type 63mm dia with flanged inlet with blank cap and chain as per IS 5290 with ISI mark as required.

Supplying of gunmetal branch pipe with 63 mm dia instantaneous inlet hexagonal nozzle as per IS 903 as per specifications.

Supplying 63mm 15 mtr. long RRL hose pipe with 63 mm dia male & female Gun metal couplings as per specifications conforming to IS 636 as required.

Supplying and fixing of external hydrant box made of 16 SWG, M.S. sheet having cnetral opening with powder coated fire red paint 16 guage MS sheet of size 750mm x 600 mm x 250 mm with glass front door, painted red outside, white inside with suitable support/stand.

Supplying and fixing of 250mm size C.I Sluice valve as per BS 5155 complete with flanges, nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 200mm size C.I Sluice valve as per BS 5155 complete with flanges, nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 150mm size C.I Sluice valve as per BS 5155 complete with flanges, nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 100mm size C.I Sluice valve as per BS 5155 complete with flanges, nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets etc. as required.

Constructing brick masonry manhole of size 120X90Cmand 100cm in deep in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of 50mm thickness, foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) of 100mm thickness , inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement. Inside size 120x90 cm and 100 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (medium duty) 500 mm internal diameter, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 116 kg (weight of cover 58 kg and weight of frame 58 kg)
