Taking down tar felt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m incl roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc.. complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC over existing roof surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, padding over RCC roof slab (to maintain proper slope on roof of average 40 mm thick) etc. slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with water proofing compound 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for waterproofing Coating with polyurethane-based water proofing liquid membrane to be applied by brush with multi coats with minimum dry film thickness of 1mm and shall be cured by reaction with atmospheric moisture to give a tough elastomeric waterproof membrane complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The above treatment will be carried out by authorised applicator of approved firm/ company.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid coloured joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n. exc. 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) as in floor and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 x 6-7 mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting, dado etc.. set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening of surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.. complete all as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick, for staircase steps (treads) in single piece (of length not more than 1200mm), laid over & including 15mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:6) screed bed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including provn of two Nos 3x3 mm grooves at tread of each step complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 15-20mm thick on vertical surfaces like riser of steps, skirting, in single piece (of length not more than 1200mm) over & including 15mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:4) screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 15mm thick cement screed bed using cement mortar (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone as in riser / skirting 15-20mm thick over 15mm thick rendering using cement mortar (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on ceiling/ facia/ chhaja using cement mortar (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on other than fair surfaces of brick work in cement mortar (1:6) finished even & fair without using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed .

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : Preparation of new plaster surface and application of wall care putty to be carried out mechanically by authorized applicator and as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

M&L for applying two coats acrylic-based distemper of shade as approved by GE over a coat of primer over finished putty surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge and as per the manufacture's instructions. Note : 1. Application of new finished to be carried out mechanically by authorized applicator and as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Please refer Smart painting clause mentioned in Particular Specification. 2. Application of putty and preparation of surface to receive the distemper shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for preparation of newly ceiling plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash as complete as specified and as directed

M&L for Post construction ATT at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole or as per manufacturer's instructions by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing & Hacking of existing deteriorated damaged & loose concrete from the external surface carefully by low impact high frequency hammer or by including cleaning the surface by air jet etc. complete and also without damaging the existing structure. Note: The rate shall also include disposal of waste/ rubble/ malwa from site outside MD land up to as directed by Engr-in-Charge along with lead and lift if any including standard steel scaffolding up to a height of 7M.

Removing the loose scale of corrosion etc. from the exposed reinforcement and cleaning the corroded reinforcement by wire brush followed by cleaning with air blower/ water jet. and finally cleaning the rusted reinforcement/ metal (iron Base) by chemical rust remover, cleaning and etc. hing agent with brush for complete wetting of rusted metal surface and allowed to react it for 16-24 hours. After 24 hours, a white layer will appear which will protect further corrosion of metal/ steel for about 5-7 days. Before applying protective coating, the surface should be wire brushed and thoroughly cleaned for dust with dry cloth. The work to be done as per technical specification and also as per manufacturer's recommendation and also as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: 1. M&L for surface cleaning and application of two coats of two component epoxy Zinc rich primer coat on steel surface/ reinforcement as per manufacturer's recommendation and as per technical specification and also as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge. Providing and fixing shear connectors of 10 mm dia by drilling 12 mm dia holes on the concrete surface to a depth of 100 mm using a rotary cum hammering drilling machine as per specification and thoroughly cleaning the hole using compressed air and water jet and anchoring with pure Epoxy resin based anchoring grout solution. Note: 1. The rate inclusive of labours, material, tools etc. complete in cluding standard steel scaffolding up to a height of 7 M. 2. The above treatment will be done in presence of manufacturer's authorised person and also by manufacturer's skilled labour.

Identifying the cracks and construction joints, honeycomb areas, shall be chased open into ‘U’ groove shape and sealed with High strength, abrasion-resistance epoxy reinstatement mortar including providing and fixing 6-8mm dia. nozzle along the joints and honeycomb areas after proper surface preparation and injection of epoxy resin grout through the nozzle till the refusal of the grouting materials. Note: 1. The rate inclusive of labours, material, tools etc. complete. 2. The above treatment will be done in presence of manufacturer's authorised person and also by manufacturer's skilled labour.

M&L for providing and applying structural grade long pot life, Two Component epoxy resin concrete bonding agent prior to building up of section with any type of mortar/ concrete to ensured bond between old concrete and new concrete by brushing application as per manufacturer instruction and also as per technical specification and also as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: 1. The rate inclusive of labours, material, tools etc. complete. 2. The above treatment will be done in presence of manufacturer's authorised person and also by manufacturer's skilled labour.

M&L for 25 mm thick (Avg Thickness) Guniting concrete surface using mechanical means with single component, shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fiber reinforced structure grade cementitious repair mortar having compressive strength of 45 N/sqmm, flexural strength of 7 N/sqmm and tensile strength of 2.5 N/sqmm at 28 days all as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: 1. The rate inclusive of labours, material, tools etc. complete in cluding standard steel scaffolding up to a height of 7 M. 2. The above treatment will be done in presence of manufacturer's authorised person and also by manufacturer's skilled labour.

M&L for providing and laying of ready to use non shrink, cementitious free flow micro concrete up to required thickness at designated areas to the prepared slurry tight shuttering with proper shear connection and bonding agent where ever necessary. Then applying fluid single component, cement based, micro-concrete repair material as per manufacturer's instructions. The micro concrete shall contain no metallic aggregates, or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastic state. The micro concrete should achieve a compressive strength of 50 N/mm2 after 28 days at 30° C as per BS 4551-80. The unrestrained expansion shall be between 1- 4% as per ASTM C827-1987. Again as per BS 4551-80 the flexural strength shall not be less than 5 N/mm2 @ 28 days. The micro concrete shall have a coefficient of thermal expansion 10-12 X 10-6/°C & Thermal conductivity 1.5 W/m°C The mixed density of micro concrete shall exceed 2100-2200 kg/m3 at 27ºC. Note: The above treatment will be done in presence of manufacturer's authorised person and also by manufacturer's skilled labour.

Chase opening the Construction Joints by providing “U ” groove, removing the dust and clean the designated area fill the prepared surface using polymer modified bonding agent completely as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Drilling holes of dia 18mm maximum up to Half of the Depth of the Wall. Fix the PVC Nozzles of dia 15mm. Injecting cementitious Grout under pressure using grout pump to fill all possible pores. Note: The above treatment will be done in presence of manufacturer's authorised person and also by manufacturer's skilled labour.

Surface Preparation of Concrete Surface to be treated. The surface shall be free from oil residues demoulding agents curing compounds, grout holes and protrusion. In case of distressed Structure, the concrete surfaces to be warped shall be structurally repaired prior to treatment. Corrosion induced damages shall be repaired with micro comcrete including necessary structural damages and be repaired by using epoxy grouting. All depression, imperfection etc. shall be repaired by using epoxy putty, mortar etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Priming should be carryout using carbon fibre composite wrapping system. After proper mixing of the component the application shall be carried out using a brush and allowed for drying for about 24 hrs before application of saturant a min. thickness of 100 micron should be maintained during application Saturant Application: After proper mixing of the component the application should be carried out using a brush and allow for drying for about 24 hrs before application of saturant over the tack free primer. The wet film thickness shall be maintained @ of 250 microns . One more coat of saturant is applied after the application of the carbon fabric at 250 microns complete as per manufacturer's instructions.

The carbon fibre fabric shall be cut to required size and then paste first by gloved hand on the saturant applied area and than with a stiff spatula or a surface roller to remove air bubbles complete as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for preparing new Plastered surfaces of walls and M&L for applying two coats of acrylic smooth exterior anti-fungal paint of shade as approved by GE over a coat of primer over finished putty surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge and as per the manufacturer’s instruction. Note : for Item No. 01 & 2 : 1. Application of new finishes to be carried out mechanically by authorized applicator and as per the manufacturer’s instruction. 2.
